Excellent location. The train is not loud and very convenient. The manager Laura is fantastic, helpful, and kind. A great neighbor. Close to the river trails. What more could you ask for?

The train isn't that loud at all, the only thing is the crossing beams at the intersection make a loud noise but that's out of management's control... Nice area, just a couple blocks away from the Minnehaha falls and one of Minneapolis' largest dog parks.

Lots of old men that love to drink.... quite..dangerous at times cu of the train ..loud again cuz of the train...parking is a nightmare..landlord is nice.. maintenance can be better.
