Wells Fargo Bank is a busy and well-organized bank with a dedicated parking lot and good customer service. On busy days, especially Saturdays, staff are available to answer questions and help with appointments before customers wait in long lines. The bank is known for solving customer problems quickly and treating clients well. Although it can be crowded, with a medium-length line and multiple cashiers, the staff work efficiently, and supervisors are present to assist. Some wish for longer hours or more staff to improve the experience.
They don’t answer their phone, and that is very unprofessional!

This is not the usual branch I go to but I was in the area and they were very helpful. Bank teller named Alex helped me he was very courteous and helpful, big ups to him
