It provides personalized services like styling and alterations, with sales staff that are available, willing to help, and know the merchandise. The store offers the convenience of in-store or curbside pickup, along with gift packaging services. While generally seen as a very nice place with exceptional customer service, some note the sales staff can be commission-focused. Prices are medium to high, and some feel the store must work to keep pricing in line with competition. Overall, it is considered a reason to visit the mall for an enjoyable shopping experience.
No department store beats Nordstroms especially at Ridgedale where the sales people have mostly been there long enough to know you by your first name and if they don't, then they want to. I pass by the MOA and go to Ridgedale just for the CS, not to mention the Cafe!

Cassie in handbags was a huge help for me in getting my wife’s anniversary gift. All I had was a zoomed out photo of a shoulder bag that she was in love with and Cassie was able to figure out what handbag it was and make the purchase easy for me. Thanks!

Beautiful store. Tons of merchandise. From kids, women’s, shoes, purses, to beauty and men’s. Friendly. Helpful. I will always be a Nordy girl. The Minnetonka location in Ridgedale is a bit far from my home. Enjoy stoping when I can. Happy to give a five star review. IYKYK
