“Just had the greatest experience at Nordstrom. If you are looking for great makeup and skin care, go see Christie Anne in Tom Ford makeup. She did an application for me, described each product She was using, the proper way to apply it, why she was using what she was, and even included my little one with a touch of makeup to be like her mama! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and passionate about her job and helping customers. THAT'S TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Plenty of parking. The store is clean. Alot of the registers are closed. I saw 1 staff person at returns on the ground level, going up the escalator, I saw maybe 4 ...it felt like a ghost store to be honest. It's around 11-12 noon on a Saturday.”

“Found some beautiful dresses for Sweetheart dance here and they were not exorbitantly overpriced like much of Macy's is. Beyond how expensive most stuff is here though, the store is always clean and staff is nice (if not a little aggressive in the scents/makeup/commission areas). Happy to swing through here on shopping trips.”

“This is a Target so you should probably know what to expect somewhat. This one has the Starbucks inside and the Pizza Hut express. Good selection of items and grocery section is larger than some other stores.This location also has 4 Chargepoint chargers for electric cars and a bunch of Tesla ones. Highly convenient to shop if you own an electric car as you could expect to have your car charged by the time you finish shopping.Never an issue parking but this location can have some traffic issues at busy times because of how some of the roads are laid out. No worse than plenty of other places though.”

“This is my local Nordstrom. There is always great service. I've been coming here for the past 8 years and the employees have always been helpful, prompt, kind and willing to go the extra step to help me. Returns are easy and all though they don't carry all the items I would look for, they do carry a fair assortment. I like that you can pick up and return Nordstrom Rack items as well. If given a choice between and online order somewhere else and Nordstrom, I always pick Nordstrom because they make it so easy.”

“I've been here a million times. It's in a prime location, Is kept clean, has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks. The list goes on. This might be the best target in the Twin Cities. The personal pizzas from Pizza Hut are BANGIN.”

“Ordering online at Target is very convenient. You can easily check product availability, switch to another store if needed, and the drive-up option is excellent. I've taken advantage of great Target specials, feeling that I save both money and time. No need to run to multiple stores due to items being out of stock. There's no requirement to select a time window, unlike other stores – the order is ready in two hours or even faster. Even if I do go to the store, it's always clean with a sufficient number of friendly, smiling, and welcoming staff. Absolutely best store in Twin Cities ?”

“I had the best experience with the cashier that goes by the name of Grace Betzold. I was visiting from out of town and it was wonderful. This is the second time I’ve found myself at this Marshall’s in Minnesota and both times I’ve had grace. She is such a doll and is so good at her job. I commend her for doing such a great job. There was another girl up front with her not doing what she was supposed to be doing while there was a long line. Grace was getting through the line so well I was probably only in line for 5 minutes. The other girl was just standing watching while Grace was doing her absolute best. If anyone deserves a raise it is Grace Betzold. I will definitely be coming back for her. If anyone else want this great experience she told me she’s there every weekend. Everyone deserves to be helped by Grace!”
