“You could say my family has deep roots in this bank. My father has had an account here for over 60 years going as far back as the State Bank of Norman county name in Hendrum MN. I, myself have been with them for 20 years. We have taken out many successful loans, Agriculture and personal loans mainly, used the safe deposit boxes for valuables, and use many other services that they offer. They have multiple locations and have a large footprint but still maintain that hometown bank feeling in our smaller mainly agricultural driven communities they serve. Most issues get resolved with accounts and debit card problems over the phone and can usually have an answer for you in short order. They are very generous to the Fire Departments and first response teams in these small towns with donations to help keep our equipment and resorces available when the people in our rural areas need it. Keep up the great customer and community support.”
