“Stayed on Valentine’s Day in room 10 that faces Broadway and 1st Ave, huge room felt more like a house, comfy. Bed was comfortable but no sheet and heat was on but felt cold air on my face all night. Pocket door of bathroom does not latch due to half off track, some sewer smell over sink trap. Hot tub great, nit much water pressure in shower. Expect some noise from people outside. No way keep window blinds up.”

“We absolutely love this hotel!
We stay there twice a year for 2-3 nights each time, as we're from Canada. We've been here more than ten times, for several nights at a time. The location is excellent, the view from the window is beautiful; we always have a view over the hospital, and in the morning there's a beautiful sunrise, and we always watch the sunset from the other side of the window, near the elevator. There's a bar, food, a beautiful and cozy lounge, and a summer veranda where you can eat and sit by the fireplace. My husband has Gold status, so when he books, we get the 4th floor. I'm just starting out, and this is the first time I've booked with my card here, they gave us the second floor, and there's a difference in the room cleaning—it was poorly cleaned, and the room smelled unpleasant. The other times we've stayed on the 4th floor, the same two rooms, 424 and I think 426, next to each other. The first one was fine, but the second, not so much. We stayed two nights in room 434 in early November. It was clean and fresh, but the sink and bathroom drained poorly. The gym and pool are excellent, and there's a washer and dryer, but you need coins. Also, they used to have hand sanitizer wipes in the rooms in small packages, but they're no longer available. Which is so sad. It was convenient to wipe down the desk and remote, which are still not clean enough to use.”
“This place is such a gem! It’s unique, well done, and a breath of fresh air. I stayed the night in a very spacious, clean, and totally cool room. Check-in was a breeze because the directions were simple, clear, and consistent. I enjoyed two meals from the nice variety of restaurants and did some needed gift shopping (which I know my peeps are going to love). Everyone I interacted with was super-friendly, helpful, and flat-out kind. When I pass through Fargo again, this is where I’ll be staying, and I’m looking forward to it.”

“I recently stayed at the Radisson and was really disappointed with the comfort of the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — it felt worn down and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were honestly the worst part. They were either too flat or offered no real support at all.
When you book a hotel, the main thing you expect is to rest comfortably, and unfortunately that just didn’t happen here. The room itself was fine, but sleep quality matters most. I really hope management looks into upgrading their mattresses and pillows because that would make a huge difference in the overall experience.”

“Great Hotel, I stayed there recently and I dont have not one complaint even though I couldnt figure how to work the thermostat, I called front desk and their maintenance guy David was there not even 5 mins later.

“Rooms could use a slight fixing with certain things but honestly it didn’t bother me enough. It’s soooo family friendly. Games up front in the lobby. Pool was great for the kids and must be somewhat heated though not advertised as so but sometimes pools say they are heated and not as “warm” as this one. Bed were amazing though after driving for 20 hours we may be just excited to sleep. Haha. Definitely bookmarked incase we come through Fargo again!”

“We did a gender reveal at the delta in the etude 2 room.
Del was so awesome. She was there for everything from when we looked at the room to booking to the ending of our party...
Id definitely come back to the delta to have another party..
The banquet server was awesome as well.
Del does an awesome job at what she does . A very positive attitude and caring bout everything.
We invited her to come watch the reveal she took a group picture for us ..
She made the big day amazing and not stressful at all.

“I knew this is a 3stars hotel and understand how much I pay for it; therefore, to rate it fairly is important. Check-in was smooth and Anthony recognized me as a royal member at check in was very professional. Libby , breakfast, and room are all clean and tidy. Check out was also friendly and helpful. When I told her one hook in my room was broken upon arrival, she took a note on it. For a three stars hotel, it is a standard and worthy stay.”

“I stay in IHG hotels for work, roughly 250 nights a year for the past 7 years.
I can comfortably say the fitness center, sauna,and hot tub at this hotel are the cleanest, newest, and best I've ever seen at any IHG property.
The sauna is very legit, comparable to saunas I've been to in Europe.
Would give the hotel 5/5 but the rooms are dated and need a refresh .”
“Dean was fantastic! When a hiccup with our reservation occurred, he was quick to call the third party reservation system and help us out. In addition, our room was very clean and the hotel bed comfy; hotel was quiet despite being busy!”

“My first room they gave me was janky as heck, the cabinet for the fridge was barely hanging on, the drains in the tub and sink did not work, and regardless of your room the hot water takes around 5 minutes to get hot.
However, the staff there are amazing, they got me a new room immediately, and the new room was way better than what I'd got at first. Vending machines leave something to be desired, but McDs is right next door, Perkins Restaurant is maybe 2 blocks away, and there are dozens of delivery options. I stayed here for work assignment and this place is perfect for that.”

“The Woman at the front desk was very nice. Accomendated our needs (the TV didn't work in the 1st room). My only complaints are the beds were not very comfortable and you needed a debit/credit card for the vending machines. Other than that was good.”

“This was my second stay at Willow Inn & Suites in Moorhead, and I was genuinely impressed. I was in town touring colleges with my daughter, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short drive to the campuses we were visiting.
It looks like the property may be under new ownership, and the difference is remarkable. The hotel felt refreshed, clean, and very well cared for. From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless—exactly what we needed after long days of touring schools. Everything felt updated and thoughtfully maintained, which really stood out compared to our previous visit.
Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely choose Willow Inn & Suites again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Moorhead area, especially if you’re touring nearby colleges!”
