“Several months ago I had visited The Nines and had a very disappointing shopping trip with poor customer service. Then new management was brought in and I decided to give the store another chance. My daughter and I went there this weekend and it was a completely different experience. Christy and her team were so welcoming and supportive. I tried on so many clothes and didn’t feel like a bother when I passed on most of the items. They actively engaged with other customers and I felt valued. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future. If you want a great shopping experience with cute, trendy clothes, accessories, and shoes check out The Nines. I looked all over Fargo for an outfit for a wedding I was attending, could not find anything, and I was able to find more than what I wanted at Willow District! I walked out with two dresses! One of them was 50 percent off! And I also bought jewelry that matched perfectly! I highly recommend checking this store out! :)”

From customer service both in store at their DT Sioux Falls location to over the phone when I placed an online order, their team was polite, kind, and personable. I love the clothes so much - quality, style, and uniqueness - but I think I've enjoyed the overall atmosphere and care in their customer service more. I recommend to all my friends and although I am already a repeat customer, I will continue to buy!”

I went here and the staff were so helpful and even went I to the back to find me some maternity jeans even though they don't sell the clothes in store. I was able to but the jeans with my limited budget and left feeling confident in myself and adorable in my jeans. I wish I could remember their names but I know the store manager was one of them. “This is one of my favorite stores, super cute, on trend clothes and accessories to choose from! However, every time I have been in, there seems to be issues with the employees. They never greet you or offer help, you have to stand around and wait for their attention for a fitting room or to get checked out because they're typically busy gossiping. When this store first opened they had great customer service, not sure what's happened, but I hope it can improve cause it's a great place to have here!”
