Good selection of boots amd friendly staff. Most importantly, they have the wide sizes. I've come to find that quite a few places don't have this option. So, yeah, this is appreciated.

Depends on the rep you deal with. The new manager and skyler are awesome. I dealt with a couple other girls who definitely needs some training on customer service and not acting annoyed and actually show a willingness to help.
