“Several months ago I had visited The Nines and had a very disappointing shopping trip with poor customer service. Then new management was brought in and I decided to give the store another chance. My daughter and I went there this weekend and it was a completely different experience. Christy and her team were so welcoming and supportive. I tried on so many clothes and didn’t feel like a bother when I passed on most of the items. They actively engaged with other customers and I felt valued. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future. If you want a great shopping experience with cute, trendy clothes, accessories, and shoes check out The Nines. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!”

“Had been driving all over fargo to get some maternity clothes with no luck. I went here and the staff were so helpful and even went I to the back to find me some maternity jeans even though they don't sell the clothes in store. I was able to but the jeans with my limited budget and left feeling confident in myself and adorable in my jeans. I wish I could remember their names but I know the store manager was one of them. Super helpful.”

“The way Shane took great care of my gift giving needs was perfect! The customer service was on point! He helped me pick out the best gift. I know nothing about motorcycles or leathers and how they can help protect you. He talked me through it and helped me get the right fit and style for the gift. West Acres location was the best. Dilworth location was not helpful, so I choose to go to West Acres now.”
“This is one of my favorite stores, super cute, on trend clothes and accessories to choose from! However, every time I have been in, there seems to be issues with the employees. They never greet you or offer help, you have to stand around and wait for their attention for a fitting room or to get checked out because they're typically busy gossiping. When this store first opened they had great customer service, not sure what's happened, but I hope it can improve cause it's a great place to have here!”
“Nice big store in West Acres Mall. Shelves and racks were well stocked, and reasonably well organized. Searching for a particular size was sometimes frustrating, but that's an issue with inconsiderate shoppers. Spent most of our time in the men's clearance section, which was huge. Took home close to $100 worth of name brand shirts for less than $30.”
“I went in and got something that didn't fit. I called to ask if they would be getting the right size in and the women who answered was very helpful and gave me a few different options that would get me the right size I needed.”
“Couldn't find staff, stained carpets, low selection, hard to find registers and staff. Daytons was so full of life and now it feels like it is dying...like Herbergers. So sad. I LOVED shopping here since the 80's!!! Make up counters look lively, but the rest of the store looks lonely.”
