“I recently visited the store to set up an Apple Watch for my daughter after experiencing difficulties with customer service over the phone. Yessi and Luis worked together to resolve the issue efficiently and had the device up and running in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciated their patience, professionalism, and dedication, especially given how busy the store was with other customers in need of assistance. They were even able to save me some money! Thanks to their excellent service, I left with a very positive impression and am happy to continue as a T-Mobile customer.”

Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”
