“Even when busy, my appointment time at the Genius Bar is honored. After I check in, the longest I’ve ever waited to have a technician help me is fifteen minutes. (Recommended to always make an appointment through the Apple Store app.) Technicians are always spot-on in diagnosing the problem and solving it for you. I take all my Apple devices to the Genius Bar if I run into a problem I cannot solve. They treat me as knowledgeable and don’t try to up-sale me on the latest products. They really care that your Apple device works well for you.”
