“Great place if you are looking for supplies for house or construction-type projects. Had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with their quite large selection (and prices!!) of lights/lighting, used tools, nails/screws, yard tools, paint and paint supplies, and a lot more! I will definitely be back when I have more projects. Friendly staff, too!”
“LOVE THIS PLACE! Excellent business owners, SUPERB customer service, and best of all, a comfortable, non corporate feel with that original ma and pa feel that we barely get these days. I will neverStep foot in another hardware store but this one!!!!(Also the one in Bloomington that the owners took over)Both are equally as great!!!!”
“Big cheers for Ryan in the wood section. I needed help with cutting a wood plank...since my stroke I can't do this at home. But Ryan showed me a lot of grace and patience. Thanks for helping me out...you don't know how deep this message goes.”
“Joshua B was very helpful and kind. Assisted me on his way out the door. Great customer service...I appreciate his help even when he very obviously wasn't on the clock.”
“Wonderful staff at this location- especially at the paint counter. Thank you Nelly!
Home Depot also offers free same-day delivery, which is a huge win and always has great customer service at the store and at the corporate level. We’ve use them for small and big purchases.”
“Great experience here buying a GE washing machine. I was surprised and delighted at how quick the check out process was, and they were able to schedule delivery two days faster than I had expected. In addition, the washer I was looking at online had an additional discount in store. The associates that helped me were very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions and felt like they genuinely wanted to be there helping me... kind of a rare feeling these days. Just felt like it was my lucky day. And maybe Lowe's is my new favorite DIY store.”
“Honestly it's still probably best all around hardware store. It's laid out well and the staff is well trained and the prices are good. You probably won't find the highest end stuff there but if you know what you need you can probably get it relatively quickly and easily there.”
“They had the tools I needed on hand, which made me quite happy.. It did take some time to find someone to unlock the cable securing the tool set I wanted; but eventually we got it.”
“This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”
“Menards is good have all kinds of stuff. We were looking for furnace filters. No 3M products but a nice decent price replacement at a great price.
Will try this year.”
“Once again, I needed some home improvement stuff. This time, some shelves to organize my workshop. And some related items.
Found what I was looking for, and some very nice chocolate coated peanuts.”
“Rodrigo Ochoa employee at home depot srore location 1520 new Brighton blvd,Minneapolis mn 55413 did great job for our order#H2807_431933 to buy dishwasher .
He was so polite and serious person.7”
“Bought a washer and dryer. Works great. I had some problems with getting the hook up parts though.....kind of expensive and tedious. ?
Otherwise, great price, great products. Awesome customer service! Thanks Lowe's employees, keep up the good work!”
“It's a neat place, but you need to come pretty often to find the best deals. They sell a variety of items ranging from used items and new items. The used items seem to be either donated or from existing homes, in a range of conditions from rough to basically pristine. On the other hand, the new items seem to be overstock given to Restore (likely from Habitat?). They sell everything from lightbulbs to paint to gardening stuff and even wood scraps and power tools.”
