“I went to this UPS location to print off an obituary but after trying to print the obituary off from my cellphone it wasn’t working out in my favor. There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . I look forward to visiting this particular location again because of the wonderful customer service that I received from Vino.”

“I just moved and needed to get a bunch of new office supplies and return a hutch I bought for a desk (it won't work with the monitor I use for my home office). Ashley helped me get it returned, find a new chair, a new printer, and a bunch of other office supplies. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with a good sense of humor to top it off. She mentioned the membership program that's $50/year and the savings I would be getting. Overall, she helped me save over $200. Ashley did a fantastic job, and I will be returning here for future office supplies needs because of her.”

I’m newish to shipping and they not only have a great relationship with USPS for me to ship a couple different ways, but they all have a great relationship with each other you can tell. I have to call out a special employee, Will. He goes above and super beyond. Recommends things that work well for me. Offering package recommendations and answering all my nuanced questions. Definitely go slightly out of my way to go here and you should too!”

“I've been a customer at the UPS Store on Grand Ave. for something like 15 years at this point. It is without a doubt the best UPS (or similar) store that I've ever been to. They are located on Grand Avenue near CVS, Starbucks and a barre studio, with parking available in a small lot and on the street. The staff here is really friendly and above all COMPETENT - I usually print my own labels etc. and I'm in and out of there in 90 seconds. They accept both UPS and USPS shipments, and have additional services i.e. printing and binding documents.
This place is a STARK contrast to other UPS Store locations (I'm looking at you, Highland Park) where the staff are sometimes lazy, often unfriendly and frankly don't seem to know what the heck they are doing. UPS should use this location to train new franchise owners on how to run a successful UPS Store.”

“Exceptional help, where I wasn't expecting any!I went to this store looking to buy a desk chair with the cheapest one in mind, I got the attention of the sales manager,(he was in the middle of helping someone else) and pointed out what I was looking to buy, mentioned that I was having back pain n' that my old chair was one of the many causes. He took the time to have me sit in different chairs with better support and to find something that'd actually support my back and shoulders. Low and behold, he found me one that fits great, feels comfortable and only costed $10 more bucks.
