“Huge thank you to employee Ashlyn Ericksonn working Saturday March 11 at “Little Dukes” check out. My husband and I stopped in for a few things after church. Wouldn’t you know it, neither of us had our wallets. Not a big deal. It wasn’t anything we could live with out. But, Ashlyn, bless her, asked if we had Apple Pay. I only have Venmo. She said she would pay for it and I could pay her. Also, stating she didn’t want us to have to go somewhere else. We are so impressed with her maturity, kindness and ability to think quickly to solve a customers problem. Coborn’s of New Prague, you are lucky to have such a valuable employee!”

“I like this grocery store for it's convenient location and Hy-Vee foods. However, it is lacking the usual higher end Hy-Vee experience and foods like their homemade tortilla chips. There is no attached Starbucks which is also a bummer.”

“Got the Christmas rib roast from Skluzaceks this year. They cut the bones, tied the roast and seasoned it. Excellent!!! Not sure who gave the employees a bad rap but I’ve had nothing but good experience here. Not to mention the beef jerky…great!”
