I tend not to eat gas station food, but I'd give this place a thumbs up for cleanliness, food variety, tempting smell and the fact that locals are always buying the hot food and beverages.”

“I've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. They greet me by name when I call or walk in and make the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. It's clear they hold themselves to a very high standard and it really shows in the work they do.”

“It's a Costco gas station, but what makes this one stand out is the customer service. I had car trouble during a peak time, which caused my whole lane to be shut down. I ended up being stuck for four hours. During those four hours, Dylan periodically checked on me and made sure I was doing alright.”

“The lines are fairly long and it is chaotic but it’s one of the only Sam’s Club gas locations in the south metro so if you are a member it is the only choice. The gas selection and prices are great and worth waiting. The best time to go is during the day and not before or after work because it gets busier.”
“Have never met a mechanic so honest. I just had to have a spark plug put in. Midas wanted 210.00 these guys told me 20. I will definitely bring my vehicles here. You just cannot replace honesty.”
“Absolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.”

“The ATMs were out of order and Toni was the cashier that helped me. She provided AMAZING customer service. She was on the ball helping everyone around her, she had the answers to everyone’s questions. And when I called back to inquire about her name, of course it was Toni who answered the phone immediately.
The store was clean and well stocked. Wonderful as always. My family tries to go to Kwik Trip whenever it is an option. We’ll drive out of our way a bit even.
But Toni’s customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She should be a manager.”

“1/3/26 1:30pm. It's a nice pleasant store with pleasant staff and in an area that's not crowded with traffic, houses and buildings. The interior of the store is clean and are the restrooms. The car wash is slow as the same at all QuikTrip, but there is only one bay. There are many gas pumps. There are vacuums and air hoses when you come out of the car wash but the vacuums are $1 for 4 minutes which is outrageous..”
