“This store offers a wide variety of sporting goods. Prices are reasonably fair when compared to Walmart prices. Store can get pretty busy but there are usually enough employees working that you don't have to wait to long to get assistance.”

Dont ever hesitate to ask the older gentlemen that work here if you cant initially find something you need as they will usually lead you right into the correct nook or cranny where youre query is. “Jo H. came on time and did a great job! He went above and beyond and was a nice gentleman. He apologized for us having to wait for 5 MONTHS for service although it is not his fault. I have been with Sears for more than 45 years and have never had such bad service. All of my appliances have come from Sears through out my life. We have had to put out $450.00 at the laundromat, plus 5 months of warranty payments for no service. That is almost $800.00 plus the aggravation of hauling heavy laundry back and forth at almost 80 years old.”

“It's the Fourth of July, and we were getting ready for a big family BBQ when I realized I was completely out of Big Green Egg charcoal. I rushed to my local Ace Hardware in Nisswa, but unfortunately they were sold out.
Frank and another female employee went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Their kindness, effort, and willingness to help completely saved our family BBQ!
