“I've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. “I use the app Gas Buddy. Costco was 21 cents cheaper than other stations in that area yesterday. For curiosity I looked up my Costco and it was 6 cents more. Another thing I found out was I could use my Costco card on my phone. That was slick. Wish they had diesel like Sam's Club club. Our truck uses diesel.”

“I called after asking for a price and time frame on getting my catalytic converter replaced. They let me know right away they could get it taken care of on Thursday and it was Monday when I called. I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. This shop seems to care about you I will be coming back.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.”

“Well kept and professionally run in the manner that is ubiquitous throughout the franchise. Everything was well stocked, clean and inviting. Bathrooms are in good repair, and perishables were rotated in all instances. I would give 5 stars but for the outrageous cost of certain candy bars.”
“I try and get all my gas here They have a bakery section, newspapers and a tiny coffee shop. There are propane cylinders and you can find milk and pizza. Often there is air for tires.”

“I always pop in a few times a week, and always feel like I'm just borrowing a cup of sugar from a friendly neighbor. I'm super close, so if i need a Gatorade or a Ginger drink if I'm feeling off, even some American cheese if i run out, i just walk down. Love my service from the smoke shop too, never felt like my money wasn't going to a good cause. Haven't had service from anyone who treated me poorly, and I just feel that if yall are polite to the workers, they'll be just as appreciative of and nice to you.”

“The best, most honest service I've had on my car that I can recall. Our 2 year old car was neglected being serviced (our fault) and when I took it in to the dealership, I was given a quote for a new engine for $16,000. I was considering scrapping the car. I had the vehicle oil flushed and brought it directly to Jeff, Sean and Doug at BP (Mendota/Rosemount - same owner). They did a full inspection of the vehicle and determined that I did not need a new engine. Two days later I am driving the car. I will never return to the dealership. I highly recommend these guys! Shop locally and support small business if you want honest estimates.”
