“I had the best experience here today! I have been out of RC for well over 15 years and struggling to get back into it properly being left to my own devices. I made it in to the LC location to take a look around and maybe buy something modern, and I have to say the staff there were amazing on many levels!! First of all I had a ton of questions which they happily answered for me, getting me up to speed on how things are today. I spent a considerable amount of time deciding which direction I wanted to go and not once did anyone loose patience or try to hurry me along. The best part is I did buy a kit (and accessories) and it was the setup I WANTED and not what they wanted me to buy, meaning instead of trying to sell me the most expensive HOT items, they helped me find what I wanted within my budget and to me that is super cool in 2023. I am very excited to be back in the world of RC. Thanks for the help today. I will do my best to buy my future RC items through you vs. online.”

“Great spot that I didn’t realize I had driven past numerous times. Vast selection of sports cards - singles and sealed. Sports cards prices seemed fair, I picked up some awesome single autos for what I thought were good prices. What I was most excited about was their great selection of sealed TCGs - Magic, Pokemon, etc. The prices on sealed Magic were the honestly best I have seen in the Twin Cities and I will definitely be returning to Three Stars in the future!”
“Had to leave a rave review about the *ABOVE and BEYOND* customer service I received at Dreamers Vault South St. Paul today. I called with a very specific/niche question about various print editions of a game and the very kind and extremely resourceful assistant manager took the time to research the answer with me. The fact that she was able to find the answer, and that the store had the edition I was looking for in stock were both just cherries-on-top of the experience, but even if neither had been the case, I was really impressed with her thoroughness and the time she took to help me. “My cashier (Betsy) was fantastic. I paid for my order online and forgot to use my gift card on the purchase. When I went in to pick it up, she took care of crediting my credit card and making sure I could use the gift card instead. This was also a super busy time at the registers, with lots going on. She was cheerful and super efficient. Kudos to Betsy!!”
“I use to go to this GameStop when I was 9-14 years old. I left for the service, moved back to my hometown here in MN. I'm now 27 years old, and I still go to this very exact GameStop. If you want the best customer service I would always go after 2 pm because Aaron works at that time. He's very smart, very knowledgeable at what he is selling, and gives the best customer service on getting what you pay for, or helping you return things to get your money back. Great guy!”
