“These guys are awesome! I could have finished this review with few words but I want to write more and share good things about their services. Starting with Kiya (customer service/person who helped us with setting the work order). She is so patient, nice and friendly. She talks to the point and explain everything. We have worked with OCS before when we were moving from Edina to Lakeville back in 2021. Kiya helped us then and now too. Her follow ups are always on time. Thanks for all the help Kiya.This time, we were moving from MN to GA, Alpharetta. This company offered an amazing deal of moving all our stuff in a big truck along with my car on a trailer hitched with a truck. I was little skeptical but on the day of move (Jan 5th), these guys came with full force and did everything so perfectly. Within few hours, everything was loaded and patiently they loaded the car too. They started from our place on Jan 5th and as promised, they reached Alpharetta, GA on Jan 6th around 4:30pm ET.Everything was fine, no breaks, no issues (we are yet to open our boxes and unpack TVs, but I’m pretty confident that it should be all in order).Again.. thanks for the great help, affordable pricing and masterclass service.I have already shared about this company within my peers and will keep spreading the good word, thank you.”

“Overall it was a good experience. Some advice. If you are renting a truck on the last days of a month and it's the the weekend, try to be there around an hour before your rental time, as there are long lines and they are slow moving. Also, rent your truck well in advance. There were some people in the line that successfully filled out a rental request one or two days before, but they did not have trucks available. In addition, be prepared that your reservation will be forfeited if you show up two hours later than when you said would be your arrival time.”
