“The people at Medicine Chest have been so patient with my elderly father. They helped him get his Flu & Covid boosters this fall and made him feel very comfortable doing so. The pharmacists have gone out of their way to find solutions for obtaining difficult to find/or very expensive prescriptions. In addition, the store has a nice selection of greeting cards and giftable items. Definitely a small-town treasure!”
“This a great store with beautiful gifts! Only one negative is that I gave an employee my name and number to call me of they could order XXXL compression stockings and she said she'd check and call me. In the meantime, I bought three pairs of XXL thinking they might fit. I tried on a pair at home and they were too small. The employee never called and it's now too late to return-around $90 lost. I still have two pairs unopened and in the bag.”
“All pay-at-the-pump with the Sam's Club app. Good price usually, and we haven't had any issues with quality. Sometimes the lines can get long, as not all the customers move very efficiently.”

“I was attending a conference in St. Paul and realized I needed a prescription last minute. I was able to make a same-day telehealth appointment with Health Partners Urgent Care St. Paul Wabasha and they immediately sent the prescription to Allina Health United Pharmacy in the hospital. Fortunately this pharmacy fills prescriptions even if you aren't a patient of the hospital and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Super kind and efficient staff - thank you!”
“Out of four surrounding states, this is the only other liqueur store that carries Wray & Nephew white overproof rum, other than one in Rodgers MN. They had plenty in stock and really came through when i was in a pinch. Would recommend coming to this place first before other large name stores. I don't understand why they are not higher up on my local Google search!”
“very upset me and my son ?? have been without all of our important psych meds for three days because of their negligence how do you manage to get the wrong phone number to the delivery driver Three times we are going through full blown withdrawals and can't stop puking out guts out this is very dangerous you can die from sudden and complete from meds like Klonopin which I have to take four times a day they are usually great but this is a major f up on their part”

“I was pretty impressed with this Sam club in terms of products and I also love that they cary a wide selection of Hispanic products. They have amazing desserts and queso fresco plus crema mexicana and also bolillos which I was in shock. It's a great place to get some staples and also see what deals they have.”

“We just switched our prescriptions over and we couldn’t be happier leaving behind CVS. The staff at CVS wouldn’t even look up where my medication was in stock. I had to call CVS Caremark to ask and it was far away. They wouldn’t explain why they couldn’t get it in stock around the corner from me. They just didn’t seem to care at all. With Sam’s We can pick up while we shop. Things are ready quickly. The staff is great. We also got Covid vaccines here. Unless it’s an emergency this is going to meet all our regular needs.”

That man is a breath of fresh air and I dont see why in the world he isnt the manager yet when he does way more then the manager they have now. Leo is always going above and beyond and make you feel valued when you shop. If yall dont give him a raise and promote him I will complain to corporate. “I'm normally a long term patient/cust of Cub in Eagan. There was a shortage of a medication I take, there was misinformation very unintentional last friday when I was getting a 2nd partial refill and was told I could go to WSP later in the day to get the remainder of my meds which were in stock.Unfortunately the pharmacy can't nor will insurance allow 2nd refills on the same day but it took hours and bother Peter and Justin here and my pharm ins company to get what the issue was and why I'd have to wait until running a day late and missing a dose to refill again.Just wanted to say I was appreciative of the patience that both Justin and Peter had with me and hopefully they can get recognized for it, I know WSP like Eagan are busy pharmacies so they care and consideration I get with both I appreciate, I just may as much as I love Eagan after last weekends experience use this pharmacy exclusively given the quality of service and care to me by staff.”
“Dana is awesome! Rarely do I call the pharmacy today I did. I was informed the generic brand I get was out of stock so Dana took it upon herself to see if they had any coming in soon. In doing so she saw that my insurance covers the name brand (I didn’t even know that) and she made it possible for me to get my meds. It’s hard to get friendly help these days because everyone is so busy and without enough employees. But that didn’t stop Dana. Thank you DANA @ the west st.paul pharmacy !!”
“Cub - St. Paul Phalen does an outstanding job of helping and working with their customers and I would like to commend them on that. Recently, I ordered on-line groceries for my elderly 89 year old mother to be delivered. Cub's Customer Service manager, Ann, gave me a personal call to let me know that they would take special care to make sure that she got her groceries delivery so that I didn't have to go out in 20 degree snowy weather to pick them up. This store continues to service the community with excellent customer service, kindness and helpfulness. Every time I am in this Cub store, I see this 'customer first' attitude in every employee that I have encountered. I would like to recognize them as employees that go beyond what is expected. “I work in this building as a healthcare provider, and if there is a problem with a pharmacy order, the pharmacist will call me right away so that the patient does not have to wait very long. Much better experience than a Walgreens or similar. Prescriptions are generally filled very quickly for both myself and my patients.”

“There are especially one or two pharmacists that a very kind and personable and they make it worthwhile to continue to come here.
