“Mike at Roy's Service saved our weekend!
We were driving into town for the music festival and our car broke down a couple miles from his shop. Being the weekend we thought we were kind of screwed. We called Roy's, Mike answered and told us to bring it in so he can have a look at it.
Luckily it was a fix he was able to do over the weekend. He called us later that day, explained the problem, found a cheap part at the salvage yard and got our car fixed up.
Being from out of town we were worried about price gouging but Mike did the opposite. He found us a cheaper part than we were expecting and charged us for only 45 mins of labor. Despite having to drive back and forth from the salvage yard on top of the car labor and multiple phone calls with us to keep us informed.
The car was fixed and ready to go Monday morning and has been running great since. Mike was incredibly friendly, showing us his cats and explaining how he got each one. He also had our old fan assembly connected to a battery at his shop to show us exactly what the problem was and how he was able to fix it.
We cannot recommend Roy's Service enough. We hope we are never in the situation of needing a car repair in the Minneapolis area again, but if we are we are calling Mike!”

“So thankful I stumbled upon this shop! My headlight connecter was melted and I couldnt just change my bulb. Went to 3 different shops and called dealership before stumbling upon Tom's Mobil Service. Over the phone guy wasnt very friendly but when I arrived the man was nice respectful and fit me in same day and it didnt even take 30mins. “My wife and I have been using Quality Auto Care for the past 10 years any time we have car problems. It's never fun when your vehicle isn't working, but these guys are amazing and make the process as painless as possible. They always call to let me know what the problem is and give me an estimate of what the repair will cost, so I've never been surprised by a bill. The prices have always been very reasonable.
When my 20-year old car started leaking oil, they found multiple other problems, and rather than trying to sell me on an expensive repair, they basically told me it wasn't worth sinking any more money into. They didn't even charge me for the appointment.
Also, I would never buy a new or used vehicle without having them inspect it first. They've been so helpful and prevented us from buying a vehicle that had multiple issues.
I can't recommend this place enough. They treat their customers well, they're honest, and they do great work.”

“CAN A TOWING EXPERIENCE ACTUALLY BE GOOD?
I recently needed a towing service and called this company. They told me a truck would be on-site within an hour, but to my surprise, the driver arrived in about 25 minutes.
As a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair, I move a bit slower than most. The driver was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. I needed to ride with him while my vehicle was being towed, and he went out of his way to assist me in getting in and out of the truck safely and comfortably.
He carefully loaded my vehicle onto the flatbed and took great care in securing it properly for transport. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, and attentive.
In my opinion, a company is only as good as its interaction and service with its customers, and this driver represented the company exceptionally well. His customer service was absolutely fantastic, and I am very grateful for his help.
