“Im so glad i chose this shop for my collision repair. Ron went above and beyond to help me and deal with State Farm being absolutely difficult with sorting all of the estimates and such out. It took a month for me to get my truck back because he had to wait weeks to even hear back from insurance because they didn't know my truck was at his shop due to a lack of communication between my agent and the claims department. I hope I never have to take a vehicle to another collision repair shop but if I do I will give this place another go.”
“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tom yesterday. When I got there, he immediately dropped what he was doing to help me. I took my radiator in thinking it had a leak at the seams and needed to be replaced. He pressure tested it and recrimped all of the seams within 15 minutes. I asked him if he thought I needed a new radiator and he said no knowing he, himself, could profit from that. He sent me on my way at a VERY reasonable price. I hope I don't have radiator problems in the future, but WHEN I do, I'm going back to see Tom.”

“I have been a customer since I started driving, as my parents used Rogers a few times and I didnt know &*^% . Everytime I have needed work they have not only come through with timely great work, they destroy other estimates I have requested. For example, this time around I requested 3 qoutes as I was not paying for all the work. Roger's was $1400, other two were $1700 and $2400. Now if the work was subpar I get it. This however is not the case, which is why I continue to go here first. Have not once been disappointed with the customer service or the work. Thanks and keep it up!”

“I needed a front drive axle for my Subaru and this store. Had one in stock. Always great to work with these people. I did buy a 32 mm socket thinking I didn’t have one at home, but I ended up having one that was an impact so I got to return one and their returns are always very understanding and I never used it so it was easy to do. I almost always go to O’Reilly for my oil changes and for my car supply needs my previous visit was for windshield wiper blades. The price is a little higher than I remember in the old days, but they sure do the trick. It’s really hard to see in Minnesota without a nice set of wipers to clear the junk off your Windshield.”
