“Came over here on a whim after having some truck troubles. Boy, am I glad I did. The first impression off the bat was how personable and attentive the staff was. We visited like old friends would.Secondly, they started off strong. When they got to my truck, they went above and beyond on diagnosis. Afterwards I received a link to an inspection report that they completed and it had every detail you could need. If you want pictures, comments, and concerns about your vehicle, they offer an amazing extensive list of exactly what is going on!The customizablilty of service after this point is honestly a dream. It is simple to get an estimate of the work you want done by a few simple clicks and afterwards, your problems slowly begin to fade.Pricing is reasonable and affordable. Not only that, it's very transparent, too. You'll know what's coming. Even speaking with the owner, I was given money saving advice at his own expense. I find that honorable!Wait time: The bays were full, and it was close to closing time when I got there. They have a hassle free drop-off I was able to utilize. They got to my truck the very next day. “Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”

“3 weeks ago, I brought my truck into TGK Automotive in Roger's, MN to replace the oxygen sensors that I bought and never installed, and to diagnose why it's running super rich. They found that one of the oxygen sensors was bad, a couple spark plugs were loose, and a bad coil pack. The coil packs were under warrantee. So, I replaced that, but the engine light came back on. The guys at the shop told me that the next step would be to replace the spark plugs with OEM ones. They saved me over $400 by recommending that I replace them myself. It wasn't hard, so I did. My truck hasn't ran this good in years. It makes me wish that I would have brought it into TGK Automotive, way sooner! I recommend TGK Automotive 100%. I didn't want to write a review too soon, so I waited a bit to make sure nothing else was going on. Thank You, TGK Automotive!!!”

“Radiator hose blew on my 2008 Jeep Liberty and a friend recommended I use Joe for the repair. I had the my car towed over in the evening and I had it back 24 hours later. The hose was fixed as was a serpentine belt. Even had an oil change too! The price was very fair and the car is running great. Joe called me a couple days later to make sure all was well.
