Well, let me tell you, I'm a senior citizen( don't ask my age, but I remember tv 's with knobs and rabbit ears, were the THING to have in your living room. Jason, Angelo and all the other young folks MAKE SURE that you know what you need, and even don't need quite yet, and that's what keeps your trust. My cell phone was getting fatter and fatter, like a sandwich, and I suspected that I might have an early Fourth of July fireworks display, sometime soon. KABOOM! Who needs that, when you're on a blind date and Handsome got permission to leave the nursing home, for a romantic dinner ( the early bird special, from 3-5). Risk having my phone explode over the bowl of chicken soup? Well, I couldn't have that, and neither should you risk an explosion , ride around with a near to dead car battery, and a flashlight that doesn't work.. I'm just saying, please keep yourself and your family safe. Keep your batteries working, and even keep some extras on hand. Go see my friends at Batteries Plus. They're honest, great prices, lots of parking, and they don't mind coming outside to look at your car to make sure you're purchasing the right item. They don't pressure you at all. They just want to make sure you get THE RIGHT battery. Have a wonderful safe summer everybody, and remember, it's better to have some extra batteries and not need them, than to need them and not have them. Now go have fun...!”

He apologized for not helping me right away then proceeded to find the lights I needed, AND showed me how to do it!! Super duper helpful and a great guy!!! He deserves a raise 100%. My review of this place was going to be the worst possible because they dont answer the ringing phone AT ALL during business hours REPEATEDLY and then they finally do after calling 10 times and letting it ring and ring and ring...... Only to have the winner behind the counter simply pick up the receiver and put it right vack down, hanging up on the call. So I called right back giving them 1 last xhance to answer and an employee named Chris answered. I am named Chris so I explained what I was dealing with prior to him answering and he profusely apologized for his other guy there that day. Helped me with what I needed and I went there got what I needed and the gyy names CHRIS saved this review BIGTIME.
But I will give everybody here a tip about O'Reilly's. If you call when they answer the phone they are not allowed under corporate rules to put you on hold for any reason whatsoever. Not even if they have customers standing in front of them. They must finish the call with the person who's called to ask about parts. And if they put you on hold they can be warned and terminated. This is a corporate rule. I worked for O'Reilly's and I know this. So feel free Just threaten them should they put you on home or not answer or hang up on you....”

“This is the best place in St. Paul this wonderful gentleman Justin was a super big help the guy had me in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it and the way he treated all the other customers that came in after me was pure perfection and I also appreciate the others guy Tou he was a great help also so I highly recommend you guys too visit the store on all yall needs”

“I went to have my battery and alternator checked. The young guy (sorry I didn't catch his name), goes out in the rain and checked everything out in about 3 minutes. Everything was good and passed. He told me about the fluctuating voltage in the newer vehicles and specifically on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Totally awesome service, I'll definitely be back.”

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! “I went in to get a low beam replaced and the manager Adolphis was SOOOOO kind! Replaced the bulb for me in minutes. Showed me where my air filter was and cabin filter. Also cashier that helped me was very kid also. Thank you for having exceptional service!”

“Joshua and his colleague were super helpful. I had a 2014 Honda CRV battery swapped. At the end of the swap, some of the connections were not great because it was so corroded (my fault) They took the time to spray it down and hit it with a wire brush, so the connections were good again. From calling ahead of time to make sure the other battery in stock to their 10 minute installation, I was very impressed. They also did not try to upsell me at all.”

“My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.”

“Awesome experience, came in and needed help finding parts for wiper nozzles, and they brought us right to what we needed to replace them, told us how to do it ourselves and helped us find the tool to pop the tabs off the hood to get to them to replace them. Will definitely be back when I have other things I need help fixing. ??”
