“Piepho moved us 3 times in 4 years. They were excellent each time. They were fast, reliable, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They were also very responsive, checking in with us at every point to make sure our needs were met. The person who gave us estimates on the cost of our moves was thorough and accurate. These were not small moves. Two living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a dining room, and many belongings accumulated over almost 50 years. I am an old picky person so trust me - Piepho is the best.”

“It's a nice facility, we rented a unit since 2018. The grounds are clean and well lit at night. I like the auto pay feature that they use, it definitely makes things easier each minth. My only criticism is lack of sanding in the winter. It can get extremely icy in spots making it hard to walk. Otherwise it's a great business.”
“No problem getting into the gate but two doors from my storage unit is a guy who sets up a pop-up shelter and parks his pickup with a trailer attached to it in front of my unit. He moved the vehicle when I asked but when I came back with another load he had moved his truck back on front of my unit. I don't know what he's working on but seems to be there everyday. It's really inconvenient and I'm thinking I might need to move to a different unit..”

“Currently renting two 12x40 units from West Circle Storage. I initially had some issues with the gate within the first few months. I was upset and called and left a voicemail. The owner Greg called me back the same day and personally handled the issue and resolved everything for me. I'm greatful for Greg on taking care of his customers. Now everything is smooth sailing.
They take care of the area very well during winter time and I never have any issues with snow around my units.
Don't hesitate to rent from West Circle Storage, if you have any issues, they will take care of you. You just have to call and let them know.”

“Kind and welcoming staff. Explained all possible fees and liabilities to me. When I came back with the truck I rented, same helpful staff greeted me and drop off was so easy. I got my emailed (at my choice, you can choose paper) receipt within minutes. Wonderful! The truck I rented was super fancy, had collision detection and backup camera. Exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck to move large things. Thank you!”
