“I live in the neighborhood and have grown to love this place. I have taken my cars to a few other places around the NW corridor and finally stopped doing so. There is no reason to bypass BP and spend more time, effort, and yes money elsewhere (other places have crushed me on prices.....BP seems very fair). It's not fancy like the new bigger shops, but they get the job done in a timely fashion at a fair price. I have had far worse experiences at one of the fancy places.....like bringing my Camry back three times for the same break job and sinking $1,600 on rear breaks alone. What a disaster.”

“My family has been going here for 30+ years, and I’ve been going here for the past 2 since I started driving. They are always very open and upfront about everything, and work with you to find the most cost effective solutions. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, and I know I can trust them to do great work on my vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and the spirits are always high. Their beautiful bird is a huge bonus, too! I highly recommend Andy’s!”

“Gave them a call an asked if they mount used tires because 90% of tire places won’t mount used tires they had no problem doing them dropped them off at 7pm an they were done an ready to go next morning great service an great ppl would definitely recommend if you need some new or used tires put on they are they place.”
“As stupid as it sounds, I judge a gas station by the quality of its nozzle, and the amount of gas that drips out after you take it back out of your fuel tank.
I know, it’s dumb, but I really like Costco’s pumps. They’ve got it together.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that they have the least expensive gas around.”

I stopped at this shop to ask for help and he generously followed me in his truck, braved the cold to get on his hands and knees to attach a chain, and pulled the van out. “Matt is our trusted mechanic! We made the decision to keep our low mileage well maintained vehicles, and keep them well maintained, rather than paying the high prices for new vehicles, and he makes sure that plan works for us. He has done several major repairs for us, he is very honest, communicates well, and stands behind his work. When we had a catastrophic engine failure when we were 50 miles out of town due to a defective part, he not only replaced it under his warranty policy, but also covered the cost of towing. My only issue with him is, he’s so honest and so reasonable, that he is always super busy, his parking lot is always full of cars to be repaired. Have him diagnose the issue, then schedule the repair, he will get the needed parts in house and get you back on the road ASAP. Nice guy, nice family, and a great team of employees.”

“Lots of good stuff at good prices, BUT flawed by the stupid practice of just "moving things around to keep it fresh." NOBODY who shops there likes that. People HATE it. Maybe listen to the people in the aisles instead of whatever knothead (who doesn't even shop at Costco, at least not with the hoi polloi) thinks randomly moving products around is a good idea.”
“A huge thank you to all the staff and management at VIP! I bring my car, my wife’s car, and both of my kids’ cars here, and no matter who is working, we are always treated with kindness and respect.
Just today, I dropped off my son’s car to figure out why his new battery wasn’t holding a charge. The team thoroughly checked everything and discovered that the battery grounding wire simply needed to be tightened. We left the car there, and when I returned to pick it up, they refused to charge me—something I know 99% of other companies would have.

“The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

His staff is very friendly and efficient as well. The frame selection is great and the prices are affordable. The optical department staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and personable too. We highly recommend Costco for your vision needs!”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

“10$ on a Tuesday we were in town for work and we were pleasantly surprised when it was so cheap! They give you a towel to clean the inside of your car which was nice since most places just give to a damp cloth that just rips. This was a plus. Got our car super clean and there wasn’t any soap left on the car.”

“Cool guys working there when I went. The biscuits and chicken were pretty good, but I got some on me while I was driving. That's on me, though. The stuff they shake on the chicken is something I don't know, but it tastes good. They put some cajun stuff or something underneath the breading and it freaked me out when I saw it at first, but it's fine.”
