“I live in the neighborhood and have grown to love this place. I have taken my cars to a few other places around the NW corridor and finally stopped doing so. There is no reason to bypass BP and spend more time, effort, and yes money elsewhere (other places have crushed me on prices.....BP seems very fair). It's not fancy like the new bigger shops, but they get the job done in a timely fashion at a fair price. I have had far worse experiences at one of the fancy places.....like bringing my Camry back three times for the same break job and sinking $1,600 on rear breaks alone. What a disaster.”
“I go here bc I trust Stacey, the service manager. It's not a normal auto repair experience when someone talks you out of unnecessary work. Integrity is a good long-term investment.”

“I just took my car here for the first time, had a couple of nails in my tire that they patched, and got an oil change w/ tire rotation. The prices were super super reasonable, I was taking care of very quickly and the service was excellent. It really made my day, bringing my car here from now on!”
“As stupid as it sounds, I judge a gas station by the quality of its nozzle, and the amount of gas that drips out after you take it back out of your fuel tank.
I know, it’s dumb, but I really like Costco’s pumps. They’ve got it together.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that they have the least expensive gas around.”

“Just got an oil change. Great price, wonderful service and it was SO fast! Only took a half hour! I barely finished my drink at caribou before I had to walk back over and pick up my car.”
“Gave them a call an asked if they mount used tires because 90% of tire places won’t mount used tires they had no problem doing them dropped them off at 7pm an they were done an ready to go next morning great service an great ppl would definitely recommend if you need some new or used tires put on they are they place.”
“Just like the name says, you get treated like a VERY important person here! I have spoken to Derrick (store manager) multiple times recently and every time, he's extremely polite, generous, kind, and even when I know he could have done some upselling, he keeps it real when you need to stay reasonable and affordable. I had a favorite mechanic before this, but I think I'm moving to VIP for most things going forward!
(If you're curious, I had a bad starter that got replaced for a very good deal!)”

“Lots of good stuff at good prices, BUT flawed by the stupid practice of just "moving things around to keep it fresh." NOBODY who shops there likes that. People HATE it. Maybe listen to the people in the aisles instead of whatever knothead (who doesn't even shop at Costco, at least not with the hoi polloi) thinks randomly moving products around is a good idea.”

“I got a flat tire the other day a few blocks away from Christy's. The owners went out of their way to help me out. Walked to my car and patched it on site. Charged me next-to-nothing. I would have happily paid triple. These are good people doing good work!”

“Have been using Costco for our eye exams n glasses for many years. Dr Clark is so thorough and knowledgeable about our changing vision needs and also up to date on the state of the art technology. His staff is very friendly and efficient as well. The frame selection is great and the prices are affordable. The optical department staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and personable too. We highly recommend Costco for your vision needs!”
“Staff is always friendly, their gas is as reasonably priced as it can be, and they're very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they go above and beyond for the elderly and infirmed. I watched two young men today (July 30th about 5 pm) fuss over an elderly woman. They helped her load her groceries, had her smiling and laughing while they rang her up, and helped her to her vehicle as well as helped her load it. It put a smile on my face to watch these two gentleman make her day. Way to go guys!!”

“The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

“Cool guys working there when I went. The biscuits and chicken were pretty good, but I got some on me while I was driving. That's on me, though. The stuff they shake on the chicken is something I don't know, but it tastes good. They put some cajun stuff or something underneath the breading and it freaked me out when I saw it at first, but it's fine.”
