“I stopped by the Maple Grove Post Office today and, despite a long line, the staff kept things moving efficiently and professionally.
A special thank you to Jodie, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. While helping customers, she took the time to assist a mother with a small child by carrying a large box out to her car. It wasn’t something she had to do, but it was a wonderful example of genuine kindness and excellent customer service.
In a world where people are often in a hurry, it was refreshing to witness someone go out of their way to help another person. Small acts of kindness make a big difference, and Jodie certainly made a positive impression today.

“Went to get money orders for bills, long line of like 10 people ahead of me when I arrived, but it still only took 5 minutes including what I went for. The staff are courteous and fast. They manage huge lines of customers with ease, which is always a plus. Money orders here are more expensive than most places. And like everyone else if you can save money on a better deal somewhere else in nearby proximity. You do it. I get money orders from here for bills, because its the only place where I have never heard our money order machine isn't working. Its one of my pet peeves, cuz ive heard it so many times at other places, plus you dont have to have cash for them credit and debit work to. So it saves me a tripl to the bank. Like 3 or 4 years ago a staff member at the post office told me that in all her years working there. Never has the money order machine been out of service not once. She also said we are hands down guaranteed the most reliable in that department. I said no shit, cuz I had just been to walmart then Cub Foods and neither were working. So now I just save myself the hassle and go here. It should be noted that its almost always around the dates when rent is due that the cheaper options/stores coincidentally are out of order”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”

“This review is strictly for the representative I dealt with during my visit today, and not the USPS facility as a whole.
David was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a large number of return packages, each with its own QR code. I came prepared with order numbers, but the process was still slow and tedious—scanning each code individually and printing separate receipts before moving to the next.
Despite how frustrating that could have been, David stayed calm, patient, and kind. In a situation where others might have rolled their eyes or acted annoyed, David made light of it and joked with me along the way about my nonsensical order. His attitude helped keep the interaction smooth and stress-free.
Thank you, David, for your great attitude—it made a huge difference.”

“I submitted a complaint/inquiry about a package of mine being sent in circles THREE whole times between Minneapolis, and 3 other surrounding states over the course of USPS priorty mails 5-10 day delivery window, and I was expecting an agonizingly slow response time via email but instead I got a call not even an hour after I submitted the inquiry from a SUPER helpful lady at the Brooklyn center post office (which is my local office) and she fixed the problem literally same day and got my package to stop being bounced around.
Also worth noting how she kept apologizing on USPSs behalf even though I told her multiple times it wasn't her fault. Nevertheless she still insisted on apologizing on behalf of the company, which even though it obviously REALLY wasnt her fault, I still found it extremely refreshing to have someone so invested in making things right for the customers USPS serves.”

“There's a young man with a handlebar mustache and an older woman who both work the counter. Best Postal Service counter workers I've encountered in my entire time of using a post office (and I'm a senior citizen, so it's a LONG time). So helpful, pleasant, courteous, it's a pleasure seeing either of them.
My mail carrier is Adam M. I LOVE him. He's efficient, friendly and accommodating.
Unlike some of the fill-in carriers when he's off - they ignore a friendly wave, REPEATEDLY leave my mailbox hanging open with mail inside. On rainy days, it's a sloppy mess. People like that are who give the Post Office a bad reputation. Do better, my tax dollars pay you.”
