The two African American women working are super sweet, friendly, caring, & patient!! They also have the best smiles! Hands down the best customer service out of all the usps locations in Minneapolis! I will definitely come back.

Wow! I just used the USPS automated redelivery service. I don't rave very often, and seldom about the postal service, but this experience exceeded expectations by a huge degree. Very straightforward and effective. Other companies relying on AI customer service should take note. Bravo. (I'm totally serious about this!)
