“I went to the Rogers T mobile to work out some issues after getting a new phone. All the workers we interacted with were so knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future phone needs.”
“Was a pleasure working with Sabrina! She helped my sister and I get set up with some new devices. Everything was done fluently and efficiently. We were in and out in no time! Go check her out, she’s wonderful!”
“Nice store, u can find almost anything u need, helpful staff. Getting lost is not that common, u just have to follow the signs. Checkout wait is short. Overall, I like this place.”

“I LOVE this place!!!! I needed a few phones for work, and ALEX was a great and got us all the phones we needed. She was sooo helpful, and kind! Fantastic service! Also fantastic products and prices. I will be back here again!!! Also Alex , if you see this thank you again for such a kind experience”
“Love this location! Usually less busy than other Target stores nearby and order pickup is ready faster too. I have always experienced good customer service while shopping in store here also.”
“We had an amazing experience getting help with our phones last week. Jasmine at the T- Mobile in Elk River went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us.”
“I want to give a big shout out to the manager and her staff! These people are always friendly and work so hard. With the old elk River pharmacy shutting down, road construction and dealing with losing staff.. They still go above and beyond! Working long hours while helping people who may be cranky from life. I can't thank you all enough!! 5 Stars I appreciate each and everyone of you! Joe and Tiffany deserve a big bump in pay.”
“Josh was more than helpful and even dug deep to find a discount I didn’t even know I was eligible for. 10/10 experience and only $13 more a month for TWO brand new phones.”
