We'll never go back to them again If you need your meds fill Do not depend on them. I needed a refill on a prescription. They told me to call my doctor my doctor sent it in. They said my doctor didn't, so I called my doctor and she said she sent it in call the pharmacy. They said they didn't get it and it was like back-and-forth then the pharmacy Said they had it Said it was on the way to me And it never came, I called them back. They told me I needed the prescription. I said here we go again. They would they wanted to play games.

“This is for Owatonna MN store evening of Jan 3 2026, stopped a guy and a lady were working and I just wanted to get in grab my light bulbs so instead of looking all over I asked the male clerk where they were and he replied with exactly where they were when I was ready to check out I stuck my head around the corner to let the lady know and she was johnny on the spot did really go to far into the store but from what I did see it's very clean and kept up 2 excellent employees tyvm”
“This Walmart in Owatonna Minnesota is decent. Stocked well with various choices of items. There is a lack of help on the sales floor so I must either rely on the app to locate items or must go to customer service at the front of the store. Some of the employees are friendly and engage with the customers and some don't say anything.”
“My experience with this pharmacy has always been positive! Sure they have busy times, but I have also noticed that customers get very aggressive at times, and it is stuff that is simply not in the employees hands. How can someone get mad at the employees— when they don’t drive the trucks to bring said medication in? Anyways, be patient with your service and health workers they are human too; I certainly appreciate to get my meds that I need everyday.”

“I love this store! It's easy to find everything I need, it's easy to find someone to ask a question, the prices are reasonable, the quality is great, and the checkout process is smooth. We stop here for good produce, a pie for a special occasion, or just a weekly shopping trip. The liquor store next door makes it easy to get two errands done in one stop. I only wish I'd stopped in sooner.”
