“Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. For comparison, I was at Famous Footwear beforehand where one staff member simply said “hi”. But at shoe sensation, I was greeted and checked on by about 4 different staff members while I was there. Super helpful when I was indecisive between styles/brands, and they recommended awesome inserts that I desperately needed”
“My wife and I visited the store 10/23/24 looking for walking shoes, she found some right away, but with my size 14B feet they didn’t have anything for me. The store manager was very helpful and offered to order something from their website. She demonstrated a working knowledge and experience in fitting shoes for size and purpose and made a selection for me based on the information I gave her. I received the shoes 2 days later and have worn them to work where I’m on my feet all day and they fit and feel great! So happy with my purchase! My thanks to the manager for great service!”
