“Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. For comparison, I was at Famous Footwear beforehand where one staff member simply said “hi”. But at shoe sensation, I was greeted and checked on by about 4 different staff members while I was there. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
