“It is hard to imagine downtown Owatonna without Owatonna Shoe. Can you go online and order shoes for less? Sure. But you don't get your foot measured and walk out knowing you have a quality product that works for you. We got my daughter's running shoes& it was worth the investment.Also, who can touch their creative displays? They NEVER don't care about this, and it shows. I say get some Darn Tough or Smartwool socks here and look around. Appreciate this small business. Amazon doesn't know you or care. I feel like Owatonna Shoe does.”

But at shoe sensation, I was greeted and checked on by about 4 different staff members while I was there.
