“Great customer service! I had a tire tube that failed because of a QC problem of the manufacturer. They replaced it at no charge with no questions asked and upgraded the tire tube to a heavy duty one at no charge. Wonderful guys that immediately corrected the problem beyond my expectations! They are the best!”
“My son and I went into the store last night as he got a new rod and reel and after the first cast got a huge birds nest in the line. Matt was in the fishing department and he took a look at it. He said he would take it to the back to try and pull out the tangle. He was able to get the tangle out along with saving most of the line. He was also able to give additional guidance and instruction to my son about how to cast and use the reel.
Matt was very knowledgeable and took the time to help my son understand how the reel worked along with little pointers that he did t know before coming in.

“Outstanding receiving service!!! We were a whole day ahead of schedule and we showed up on the weekend. The receiver walked out to our truck in freezing temperatures to invite us to back in even though we weren't scheduled until Monday. As a new driver my only complaint is the docks don't have guidance lines for backing but you can't harp on a place too much if they take you in 24 hours early!!”
