The vets and technicians are just so kind and patient and the part that I appreciate the most is that they take the time to explain what your options are. They also do whatever they can to work you into the schedule if you need to get in. I have not had a single bad experience here. The empathetic care that they give both to you and to your pets is very wonderful.

17261 MN-34, Park RapidsI loved going here with my girlfriend and I's 3 cats. They were amazing and so helpful with advice for us moving and so understanding of our situation! I highly recommend going here to anyone if they care about their pets health! Not to mention how the cost was, it was so reasonable, a little over 100 per cat for 4 days worth of Gabapentin and 3 shots each as well as an examination.

Headwaters Animal Shelter
901 Western Avenue South, Park RapidsSuper clean and spacious rooms. Staff is great. My local humane society never has room for cats and kittens--not even for emergencies. Headwaters has always taken abandoned kittens I find--especially bottle feed age--and I'm not even in their county. I recommend this shelter if you are looking to adopt a friend.
