Fort Pipestone is a neat and interesting historical tourist attraction that is just right down the road from Pipestone National Monument. It is a remade version of an actual fort that was in the area in the 1800s. There is a nice gift shop inside the fort with lots of unique gifts. You can walk along top of the fort.

Fun to explore outside. Very friendly in the gift shop but it was very expensive. But then everything is these days. We couldn't really find anything we could afford.
