This place stands out because of Walker Johnson who took the time to show me around the building and walk me through all the different options for what I needed. Before I went in, I was overwhelmed with moving and picking a place for storage (there are so many options and different pricing plans all around the cities). Walker took me through step by step and talked out what would be most cost effective for me and my expected timeline. “Mark was great!!!!! I picked up a 12 foot trailer and Mark was awesome. I had not towed anything in so longe I had forgotten where my receiver and cable were, but Mark found them for me. The best part of all, he realized my hitch was too low to the ground and went back to the shop to switch the bulb to the top side so it would ride higher. Can't recommend enough. Mark and other employees are always friendly.”
“Outstanding white glove service, from the email communication and scheduling, to the actual delivery. Ordered a mattress and automatic base from Saatva, and Signature Designer Services contacted me to set up deliver after the mattress was manufactured. Had to change delivery due to illness, and Tracy was very flexible. Jason and TJ delivered today, set everything up, explained the electronics, made sure everything worked and was positioned where I wanted it, and then removed all of the packing materials. Super nice and efficient guys! Highly recommend.”
