“Great shop, amazing customer service, especially Wahid has some of the best customer service I’ve seen, high quality products, very clean organized, I’ve been coming for for months and this my go to spot.”
“The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's been YEARS since I'd tried anything containing THC, and these guys haven't steered me wrong yet. All I have to do is tell them what effects I'm looking for, and they put the right product in my hands.”
“Cigar Jones is a really nice place. Super friendly and helpful staff. You have to purchase Cigars there, but you can hangout and sample any cigars that you purchase.”
“I was lucky enough to have met Cole when I walked in. I’m a total beginner and he helped guide me through picking out three nice cigars. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect when I walked in, but Cole helped me for roughly an hour and gave me more information than I could’ve ever hoped. Total top-notch service from him and the atmosphere in there is amazing.”

“Greg and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. Wide, but thoughtful selection. I went in to buy an “expensive” bottle of wine as a thank you gift. Greg actually talked me into a recommendation that was below my budget, but he knew the recipient would appreciate it better than something more expensive. Would highly recommend.
Friday afternoon wine tastings are fun, too!”

“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, they helped me pick out my first starter vape and made sure I’d be able to find replacement pods for it back in San Diego. Lu was super helpful when I was having trouble with my vape. Best shop I’ve been to.”
“Best Smoke Shop in the Cities! Been going here for years now, I have never had a problem! They have the best selection & have vapes that I can’t find anywhere else.Highly recommend them to everyone in my network!! The owner & employees are great guys”
“Love the collection of different kinds of alcohol here. Even if you try one every day, you may end up taking a couple of years to go through all of them. What was interesting was that once I asked them for a foreign alcohol brand which is usually difficult to find. It is very much limited to the country of manufacturing. To my surprise when I enquired about it, one of the store staff was able to pull it up on the app and mentioned it was not in this store but if I wanted it, they can get it in a weeks time. Since then I believe, if it is anywhere in the world, Total Wine probably has it in some corner of a store shelf or warehouse..?”
“Great customer service and great price. They are always friendly and know their products. My go to vape shop. Plus, I have a crush on one of the guy there. Finding excuses to stop by ??”
“Big selection, bought out the rest of the vape juice loon unfortunately decided to discontinue. This place still had it in stock. They were helpful and informative and the prices were competitive without a doubt”
“The staff here have a great attitude, good vibes and great culture here! I love it! we need more folks that bring camaraderie like this I would give more stars if I could 10/10 business?”

“This is my favorite tobacco shop to go into! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They definitely know their products And they always try to help you find the best deals. And the rewards program is awesome! When I’m in a bad mood, they always cheer me up and I leave with a smile on my face. Thanks guys!!! Probably see you soon ?”
“This is the best damn vape shop I have ever been -- and it is mostly because of the staff. They are so incredibly helpful and I never felt judged if I have a question. My husband, who doesn't vape but picks up my Coastal Cloud Menthol juice, also finds the guys really great to interact with! This blue-haired social worker wants to thank them for being so awesome. I know that when I am ready to try the gummies they carry, that they won't steer me wrong!”

“This has to be the friendliest tobacco shop I’ve ever been to. Excellent service from them and they have a good selection of vapes, juices, and high quality tobacco. This will definitely be my primary place to get anything I need!”
“I recently visited Total Wine in Maple Grove and had an outstanding in-store experience. Jamey, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He was incredibly generous with his time, guiding me through several bourbon tastings and sharing helpful insights about each one. Despite not intending to make a purchase, his friendly approach and expert recommendations ultimately convinced me to take a bottle home.
What stood out most was Jamey’s genuine hospitality. He took the time to engage in thoughtful conversation and even wished me a happy birthday, which added a personal touch to the visit. It turned what I expected to be a quick trip into an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience.
I left the store feeling appreciated as a customer and excited about my purchase. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere.”
“Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. If a product is defective or broken right after purchase, they will usually provide some sort of replacement. The points system is appreciated!”
“Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”
“I love going to this shop. They always have so many options for my vape juice. More than most other stores I've been to. Lots of other stuff as well! It's a very fun place to go to with a great atmosphere and lots of options!”
“This eCig shop is a good place to come to grab any of your tobacco. Sanji is a great at talking about what the store has for inventory. Good prices, clean store and friendly people. Thank you.”
“Abdo. Was absolutely amazing I highly recommend coming here at the store is extremely clean they have great customer service pricing is immaculate I had a great experience”
“I recently stopped by Champlin Smoke Shop in Champlin, MN and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly, knowledgeable service and helped me find the perfect product for my needs. Their selection is outstanding — whether you’re looking for premium tobacco, high-quality vape gear, unique glass pieces, or the latest e-liquid flavors, they’ve got it all. What stood out most was how clean and organized the store is, and how the team clearly knows what they’re talking about. The pricing is fair and competitive too. If you’re in the area and need a reliable smoke or vape shop, this place is definitely worth your time. Top-notch experience all around.”
“Typically come here for Loons and Zyn. Generally 3 people that work here. The two brother owners and the lady. All are pleasant. The Loons they make sure work before you leave. Apparently some kids would try to return these and would vape the entire thing and say it didn’t work lol. The Zyn is refrigerated which is a plus. I prefer coming here due to the vast amount of vapes and Zyn they have.“Have a pleasant day also.””

“I absolutely love this location!!!! The staff has been very friendly each time I've come here. It has everything that I'm looking for when I come to a smoke shop which is good. Plus for some reason they have a freezer that sells shrimp?!?! Wtf?!? Right? Lol. I asked about it and they said people buy it all the time. I'm from Las Vegas and I have never seen a smoke shop selling shrimp but if it works go for it lol. Anyways I highly recommend anyone that needs this type of stuff to stop by and check out this location”
“Great customer service team. Have been in store many times, have placed an order on line for delivery and pickup; everyone has been so nice.
Prices and availability are the best!!”
“Walked inside the corner receiving door and they took the papers quick and got me in a dock relatively quick. I was unloaded within an hour not too terrible out of there in 1.5 hours. I was fully loaded too”
