“I had a great experience with Solar Shield from start to finish.
When Bobby (sales representative) arrived at my home, I explained that I was very concerned about security—especially to protect my cats—and that my initial instinct was to fully “seal” the house with security film. Instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive option, Bobby took the time to carefully assess the entire house and gave me an honest, professional recommendation. He explained that going all-in would be unnecessary and honestly overkill, and instead guided me toward solutions that were much more aligned with my actual needs and budget.
He walked me through different film options, clearly explained the differences, and recommended a few that made the most sense. I never felt pressured—just well-informed. That level of honesty and customer-first mindset is something I truly appreciated.
On installation day, Tyler and Liam handled the work, and they were excellent. They clearly explained the plan from the beginning—starting in the garage and main door, then moving to the basement, living room, and finally the kitchen. The whole process took about 2–3 hours.
Both were very professional, approachable, and had a great service attitude throughout. They explained what they were doing, answered questions, and made sure everything was done properly. I could immediately notice the difference, especially in the basement with the shaded film.
Before leaving, they also gave clear instructions on how to care for the windows, what to expect over the next 30 days, and emphasized not to disturb the film during that curing period.
Overall, Solar Shield delivered a professional, efficient, and honest service. I’m very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them.”

“Couldn't ask for better service! I had the glass of my sunroof in an older 07 all most fly off on the freeway. I was expecting to pay to have it fixed but The guys at the shop informed me to call in a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Within a couple hours they had my sunroof back to brand new and I didn't pay a penny.”

“A few days before the 4th of July, our jetski was out of service with a ski rope wrapped around the drive shaft. I called to leave a message after hours--and Travis called back immediately asking how he could help. We ended up bringing the jetski to him that night, and it was fixed the next morning. Amazingly fast service at a fair price! This was our first time working with Travis, but won't be the last. He's a good guy who does great work. Highly recommend.”

I called morning of and they got me in for an interior detailing later that morning, no deposit, good clear directions as well. They did an amazing job on my car and my car looks better than when my car came from the dealership! “I love their basic car wash for about 30 bucks which gets them to clean the interior and wash all the windows and around the doors etc. Do this once a month and you'll have decent clear windows to look through most all time.”
“I have a monthly pass for just the outside. Pricing per month is good for just the outside car wash. The guys always spray the car down before going through the wash and I’ve never had any issues here.”

“I am an amateur car collector/car lover and have tried a variety of shops (when needed) over my 50 plus years of collector car ownership. My current cars are from 30-100 years old, and I thrive on them being “kept up”, and in pretty decent drivable condition.
Regrettably on most occasions before I found Straightline Customs (SLC), I was never totally overjoyed and ecstatic with the finished product.
Since finding Straightline Customs, I have always left “more than happy”. I have used them on numerous occasions and even as I write this review, another is in their shop.
