“I don't really know why it has such a bad rating, I have had a great experience every time I'm there, they explained all of there plans to me and walked me through how to bank, also the mobile banking app they use works wonders, it has all the features I would want in a banking app so I don't get overdraft fees or random charges. Have delt with there fraud department before and they take scammers and thieves seriously to, I will continue to bank there as old national is by far the best bank I've been to”

“After I visited 2 local bank branches in SavageI was very disappointed with the service and decided to drive the extra 5 miles into Prior Lake. Banker Jamie was absolutely excellent. She solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. I have been served in this department before and they always had good service which I took for granted.But after I moved to the city of Savage I was disappointed servicing local bank branches. Therefore, if in the future I need help from bankers, I’d rather spend an extra 10 minutes and go to the city of Prior Lake.”
