“Always had good service from Sterling, and have been banking at the Savage location since 2006. Only issue I ever had was this summer a bunch of loons were using the street corner in front of the bank for anti-Trump protests and would fill up Sterling's parking lot and almost caused a couple accidents. Thankfully, the manager cleared them out and the protesters are no longer a nuisance.”
“I had a really rough morning and got really frustrated because I answered a question wrong on My email from Wells Fargo about a transaction, they shut my card down which means I had to go to Wells Fargo to take the money out to pay my bill and I was really aggravated and walked in and told the teller I wanted to close my account. I was greeted by the sweetest teller and not only that but I think she may be the manager, It was a dark haired lady in a pink suit. Had the most upbeat. Amazing jolly happy personality. She just kind of made me giggle inside and she turned my entire day around. It really is important to try and put your best foot for it because you never know what kind of a day somebody is having around!! Wells Fargo rocks!!! Ps I did not close my account ☺️”
