“We went to the fragrance place to buy my wife a gift and the lady was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us some samples to take home to ensure we bought what we liked. We enjoyed visiting that store. Definitely will visit again!”
“I got my fishing license at the service counter. It's something like $18 for a conservation fishing license and $26 for the regular one. Minnesota is moving towards doing it all online so you don't need to even go into the store just log onto the state website to get your license. The fishing poles had a great selection. The prices are confusing. A $20 pole can be right next to a $150-$200 pole. I couldn't find anyone to check prices so I had to find a price checking machine. The Shakespeare poles were 30% off just to add to the confusion. I got a nice pole and reel combination that came with a small tackle box.”

“Kohl's in Burnsville has a free drop off Amazon return counter and with each return they give you a discount on any purchase over 25 dollars in store. Right now there reduced clothing section is 70% off. The store is well managed. There are a sufficient number of staff to assist you.
The only thing for me is the you are inundated with an overwhelming waft of perfume scent when you enter the store as the Sephora and perfumed display is front and center.”

It was intimidating coming back into Sephora without having a real makeup routine in years but Hannah completely changed that vibe for me by being so personable, felt like I was talking to a long time best friend. “They had a lot of their name brand clothing locked to the clothing rack.. So every time I wanted something like a pair of Nike spandex shorts or t-shirt, I had to have an employee unlock it for me just to even try it on.. I mean I get that retail theft is a huge issue in our country, but this just seems a little redundant. I would think most people would attempt to steal or conceal items while in the fitting rooms. There was no employee there checking how many items you go in with vs how many you come out with.”
“I took my son to get a suit for prom, & we were helped by a wonderfully kind, gentleman, and sales person - I believe his name was Nabil. He was marvelous and remarkably helpful. Department stores are barely hanging on and such a wonderful relic of the past. I so appreciated Nabil and his help.”
