“This is a great Hilton. Staff are friendly. They have good food options at the bar as well as the chop house for steaks. Even an onsite Starbucks. Food and drinks: The hotel bar has happy hour from 4 - 6. Several wines and drinks are half off.”

“My stay at Staybridge was phenomenal the moment I stepped in. They have a newly renovated lobby and their rooms were very clean and well decorated. Free laundry and breakfast! The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Normandale, a beautiful well maintained lake for your Sunday morning walks. Each front desk person went above and beyond for my requests. Special thanks to Devan, Daniel, Adam, and Linda for superb service and hospitality! I will be returning if I am ever in the area again!”

“I was in town for business purposes and had a reservation book at this hotel. I got there right at check-in time and the staff was very friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel itself overall was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel was under construction so I did not get to see that. My room was on the first floor and had a patio with tables and chairs where you could view the pool and other areas. That was actually something I liked about the room. The only negative I had to stay in the hotel was if you are on the first floor it is very very noisy. The hotel staff does have signs posted saying that quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. but during that time that I was there, after those hours, there were kids running around, lots of talking, music and other noises that made it difficult to sleep. After I did fall asleep and wake up earlier in the morning, it was very quiet. There are a lot of fast food restaurants around the hotel and very awesome interstate access. I would stay here again but I would definitely prefer a room on a floor other than the first floor.”

“I've been staying here Mon-Fri for the past 4-5 weeks for a project nearby. The rooms are decent I only have one complaint. The shower curtain rods are curved and the genius that installed them has them pointing down so that the curtain immediately slides towards the center. Not just a little bit either, there's like 2 feet on either side of the curtain where water splashes all over the floor. Every room I've stayed in has had this same problem. It would be relatively cheap and easy to fix compared to a lawsuit when someone slips on the resulting puddle or the water seeps into the walls or floor.Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the internet is pretty fast for a hotel, and the price has been cheap compared to other cities.”

Our room was next to the pool on the first floor which was convenient for our kids to access the pool a lot quicker. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I will be staying my future stays here since we did have a great stay on May 25, 2024”

“Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I am impressed by the staff. This last visit, they went above and beyond to give my husband and I a memorable anniversary stay. We received a surprise room upgrade and other personal, thoughtful touches. (Thank you, Katherine!) We stayed over the weekend, so the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Sheraton Club lounge with the fancy coffee maker and sparkling water,and all of the comfortable furniture in our suite. We booked the dining package and dined at Lela restaurant both nights. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and attended to by the staff. The food was delicious, too. This is a hotel we return to again and again, because we are always made to feel special. Thank you.Rooms: The beds and chaise lounges are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Lela restaurant has excellent food and drink and the best service. The Sheraton Club has a nice coffee maker and well-stocked beverage cooler.”

“Very nice newer Hampton in a safe area. Our room was quiet, bed was comfy, and it was very clean. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with hot water and good water pressure. It was an especially good breakfast and everything in the breakfast area, including the tables, were kept very clean. A bonus was the staff were friendly and nice! Double thumbs up for this Hampton!”

“I have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and the kitchenettes are convenient. The owners don't like to pay for any repairs or maintenance to the building or parking lots. Although they only offer queen-size beds in their single premium rooms, it is still a nice place to lay your head. One of the good things about this place is the manager, Eric. He is a great guy and very friendly. Manny and Dennis, the maintenance guys are great and very helpful. The little park next to it is nice. Big open fields.Nearby activities: There is an indoor pro-kart place just down the block. Lots of food. And a nice park next door. Skate park is not too far from here as well. Burnsville center is just 5 minutes away.”

“This is my go to place when racing my dogs. Staff is very friendly and the area is safe. There are some long term tenants there and they have always been nice. Rooms are decent, could use some deep cleaning. Subway and Holiday right across the parking lot. Nights have always been quiet, no issues.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Shakopee. The only negative I would say is that the internet was not working properly so I used my hotspot. The stay was relatively quiet and the minifridge and the breakfast was a nice touch, will stay again. Thank you!”

“This is a Motel 6, so one needs to adjust their expectations. The rooms were worn, patched paint, and dirty in the corners. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the showers were hot, with good pressure. It was quiet at night. Need an extra pillow and blanket, and apparently that is a BIG deal. Made the request the next morning and got a blanket. Apparently they only have the exact number of pillow for each room? The staff were efficient, but not outwardly friendly. Would have preferred to stay the nearby Wyndham, (which is only a little more expensive) but we had a last minute need/reservation and only Motel 6 had openings. Rooms: The rooms were worn, and needed touch up paint. Some of the corners had dirt built up. The beds were nice, but needed more pillows.”
