“Clean, quiet. Walking distance to Mall of America and two restaurants next door. Pool and hot tub (relaxing but hot tub capacity is 6). Fortunately pool and hot tub weren't busy when we went. Good breakfast options. Edited to add loved the breakfast options. Eggs made to order in cast iron skillets, freshly made scrambled eggs, potatoes with bacon and usual yogurt and bakery items”

“This location is one of the best hotels ever. TSA checkpoint at the hotel then straight to the airport. Super friendly and fast. Room, bathroom, and hotel were clean and odor free. Shower was awesome and bathroom had blue dimmer light. Bar and food were execellent, avocado salad with chicken was excellent. Little pricey but not abnormal for hotels. Room rate was very reasonable for this level of accommodations.”

“The outdoor area was under construction the entire time we were there. The gym is small and combined with a laundry room. However, the gym has plenty of free weights, a couple of treads and ellipticals, as well as an incline bench, some medicine balls and additional stuff. The laundry is free, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast layout was a little crowded but had a pretty good variety. Overall not a bad stay. No real issues. Just wish the the amenities had been little more available”

“I gave them a 4 star because the water that we bought was $8 which I think is quite excessive. Also, only was given three uncomfortable pillows. Would’ve been nice to have an extra one since they were quite flat. Other than that no complaints what so ever. It was in a great location and the rooms were clean.”

“Stayed for one night. Room was huge, but interesting indoor view from the third floor. Honestly it’s just a preference b/c I’m sure some folks wouldn’t mind but I like to the see the sun in the AM. Hotel was clean throughout, downstairs gym area was small but had lots to choose from and plenty of dumbbells. Front desk staff was friendly and fast and breakfast was tasty. No complaints.”

“I haven't had the pleasure of staying, but I held a business event with about 150 attendees and the team at this venue was fantastic. They anticipated our needs, worked so fast, and presented a delicious buffet. Cherry on top, its easy to get to with tons of parking. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return.”

“Great location close to the freeway with easy access to Minneapolis & St Paul. Daily complementary breakfast was always stocked with a nice variety. The pool temperature was a bit on the chilly side, but once you’re in it’s not too bad. Hot tub was nice too. Room service lady was always courteous asking if we ever needed anything in passing. Nice to park underground as well felt safe and secure. Room felt a little dated and the shower was a little wonky to work with, but overall would stay here again.”

The only thing that made me give 4 stars is the room I booked was advertised as a pool view but it really wasn't. It was a main level balcony 4 rooms away from the pool so it was close but not really a pool view.”

“Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The young man at the front desk in the morning was very polite, kind, and helpful. Even though he seemed busy assisting other guests, he still took the time to help carry my luggage to the van. He was also very welcoming and helpful during check in. I truly appreciate his kindness and great customer service. The hotel was very nice, with a hot breakfast and a good pool as well.”

“Shuttle to and from airport and mall of America was convenient. Restaurant was delicious, highly recommend the chicken sandwich for dinner. Good location and clean hotel. Stayed on the 5th floor and it was quite noisy, not sure if it was the ice machine on the floor above or what but it was quite disruptive. Front desk told us breakfast was from 6-10, next morning breakfast ended at 9 so that was frustrating, I do wish the staff communicated better so we didn’t waste our money on a breakfast voucher that they could not refund.”

“This was a fabulous, clean, up to date location. Its right near eating spots, highways, a lake, and church. The staff is also really nice and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of seating. I really think the chaise lounge was a nuce touch. The only problem: wifi is occasionally sketchy. I would definitely return here!!”

“My family and I have been here at motel 6 since March we are currently homeless. The staff has been great people they are friendly, caring and helpful. They don't bother you every. Only hotel that does not charge pet fees. Which is a bonus. Prices are cheap. I would recommend staying at motel 6.”

“Great location, pretty clean rooms. Unwelcoming front desk staff with the exception of Reckya/Rikkia, (unsure of spelling) who checked me out when I left, who was very kind. The other woman who checked me in seemed more concerned with her phone and who I can only assume who was her family, including a young child, who all lounged in the front lobby until at least 2 am. I was not greeted or made aware of any amenities when I checked in, including WiFi, how to access the pool, etc. Sad to see basic customer service skills and general human kindness are lost among so many people”

“I just want to say in emergency circumstances the Great wolf lodge steps up in all the right places! My mom had as episode as we were heading to check out. I asked a worker for a wheelchair and within a minute there was 6 staff helping us. EMS in the hotel assusted, 911 was called. They offered us an extra night on them with everything going on I was so greatful. The hospital ended up keeping my mom so an extra night for my kids and I to stay helped us out more then they know! When we got back from the hospital there was new staff on duty so I was unable to thank them for their quick responce and help! I definitely could not have done it alone!”

“We find ourselves coming back to this hotel often, as the rooms are clean and the hot tub is warm. This weekends stay prompted me to finally submit a review. Major snowstorm cancelled many flights and we ended up staying a second night. What stood out for us was Jennifer at the front desk. She was pleasant and efficient when we checked in on Saturday - but she really shone on Sunday when travel was almost impossible and people were re-booking and it was just chaos. She was calm, efficient, friendly and emphatic. She not only assisted with the rebooking of many guests, but she was super kind and provided assistance to many guests who were technologically challenged. Jennifer deserves a bonus for dealing with March 15th alone with poise and professionalism. It is staff like her that keep us coming back”
