“I brought my 2012 F150 to ProService because I was having a terrible torque converter shudder. I had them do a fluid change hoping it would fix the problem which as of 100 miles it is gone. I called to make the appointment and was able to drop it off for next day service. They called me in the morning when it was about to go in the shop and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They did a basic inspection and informed me of suggested repairs (all of which I was already aware so no shocking news). There was no pressure to complete any other services which i appreciate. They are super friendly and I will definitely use them again for future service.”
