Sherman was very nice and helpful! I called at a little after 8am mentioning I noticed high pitched sounds coming from what seemed like my wheel barrings and was able to drop my car off as soon as I could get it there he said! I got a call around 11am explaining what would need to be done and were told should be able to fix same day! I got a call around 3pm that everything was done and was ready to be picked up! I didn't feel at any point they were trying to upsell me or do unnessary repairs/tasks which unfortunately I have experienced at other auto shops.
Again I will definitely be getting my oil changes and whatever else may come up from here as well!

“Nate was such a great guy! After a frustrating visit at my local Valvoline in Elk River (which i'll never take my personal or 2 work vehicles to anymore) where i waived the light and tire inspection and went with a simple oil vac and add took longer than an hour and 45 mins. I told them how dissatisfied was, they then gave me a 10 dollar coupon for my next oil change but the coupon expired in 30 days... i won't need an oil change by then. The manager there in ER put a Red Flag on my vehicle to not be serviced by any valvoline.. likely i went to Nate who understood the last visits mistakes and take that flag off. i then did an oil change, engine and cabin air filter change WITH the regular light inspection and tire pressure check preformed by trainees had me in and out in less than 45min!! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AND GOOD LUCK TO NATE IN BASIC FOR THE MARINES!”
