“We have a few kids on ADHD meds and if you have had to deal with this- it's a headache at best. If you don’t have a competent and helpful pharmacy, it takes an already challenging situation and just compounds it. Cub has been great! They always go above and beyond to help. If they don’t have the med in stock, they will look and tell me a Cub location that does have it in stock- which saves me a lot of phone calls trying to find the med. They also have better hours than some pharmacies in the area. The only complaint I have would be the older gentleman pharmacist who far oversteps his position as a pharmacist and asks uncomfortable questions about why the prescription was prescribed for you and what you need it for. Don’t love being interrogated when picking up a prescription the doctor wrote for me. (Not a controlled substance or pun medication) Other than this man, we have had great experiences here!”

“The pharmacist Kyle was exceptionally helpful in trying to answer some less than usual questions. He even did research on the subject and called me to let me know his findings. He really went above and beyond to help us however he could. Thank you Kyle.
In addition, I don’t know her name but a pharmacy tech was also very helpful. We had some problems with insurance and she worked through it with me.”
“Decent sams, pretty well organized. Able to find most things we need but sometimes pricing isn't as good as Costco or even smaller box stores. Either way if you need a pallet of waffle mix - look no further.
Side note, the automatic cleaning things are super cool, and I love that they hand squeeze orange juice but... 10 bucks for a thing of OJ hand squeezed or not is exorbitant.”

Not only did they get over the PA quickly unlike CVS where it had been sitting for weeks (was on my third PA request), they ship the medication to your door next-day. I've not once had to go to their pharmacy and every time I call, they have the nicest person on the other end of the phone”
“The pharmacy staff at this location is exceptional. They know and remember their customers and always make sure the drug and instructions are understood before ending transactions. Only issue is that Cub closed the North entrance by pharmacy so it's a much longer walk inside of store to access the pharmacy. Need to re-open for at least enter only.”

“Continually amazing deals and pricing on bulk items, furniture, tools pet supplies snd home items. Delicious ready prepared meals like Ravioli Lasagna, Taco meal plates, pastry and the best $5 roasted chickens. Let's not forget appliances and electronics. My only gripe is the parking lot which has no row numbers or letters. The lot is like a pie divided into multiple angle slots and easy to lose the car if you don't get your bearings after you park. Please add row ID!”
“I get all 5 of my meds there, they are fast, I wait for it usually rather than phone ahead and have never waited Moore than 10 min. Which is excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff, some of them call me by name now which always surprises me and I find amusing. All in all a great experience, oh and very good prices, I’m not sure if that’s my insurance but still, most drugs I pay less than 5$ or there about.”

“The Walgreens by me either closed without letting me know when placed the refill request or just straight up ignored my request because they were so short staffed they don’t even pick up the phone. This was the only one that picked up their phone, estimated to have my meds fill within an hour and got it ready in 20min. The staffs were polite and worked so fast. I’m so grateful because my mom has been out of meds for a whole week and I placed the request weeks ago. They’re busy but they still keep it pushing. I wish I could leave a tip or a thank you note.”
“Store not organized, Slow to checkout and leave store. Took 10+ min to leave the store because the people scanning your purchases to let you out the door did not know they were doing. Dialed tire dept, got pharmacy, they sent me to tires, rang to front desk, no answer after many rings, call dropped, dial tone. Poor customer service in store. Tire dept good, once an appointment is made by call center. Can not call tire dept. Have bought a lot of tires over 20+ years, like Sam's tire dept.”
“The staff who was there yesterday was a Somali guy. He is really nice! Very patient and helpful! He never had an attitude, not like other staff I’ve seen there before. The male pharmacist is also very nice. He goes and helps at the front when he is busy. I’ve never seen another pharmacist go to the front and help the staff.”
