“We used to go to Walgreens in Lakeville for along time. Even thought we went there for many years, we were just a number and they never knew who we were. We switched to Elko New Market Family Pharmacy shortly after they opened. We have been very happy with the service they provide. Our family isn’t just a number to Matt and Andrew. Starting an independent pharmacy now a days is rare and we are happy to support them and they have helped us tremendously over the years.”
“They are usually pretty quick to on turnaround. It's 50/50 if you will be notified your rx is ready or not though. They do always answer the phone (Inside business hours) while you can't leave a message, you can send a contact through the website and they have always responded to those in that they do the refill requested.”
“Decent sams, pretty well organized. Able to find most things we need but sometimes pricing isn't as good as Costco or even smaller box stores. Either way if you need a pallet of waffle mix - look no further.
Side note, the automatic cleaning things are super cool, and I love that they hand squeeze orange juice but... 10 bucks for a thing of OJ hand squeezed or not is exorbitant.”
“My daughter and I came in on Thursday for our weekly Sam's club stop. They were out of what we came for but the manager Philip went above and beyond to make my kiddos day. The lady at the service counter was awesome too, I unfortunately don't remember her name though.”
“Continually amazing deals and pricing on bulk items, furniture, tools pet supplies snd home items. Delicious ready prepared meals like Ravioli Lasagna, Taco meal plates, pastry and the best $5 roasted chickens. Let's not forget appliances and electronics. My only gripe is the parking lot which has no row numbers or letters. The lot is like a pie divided into multiple angle slots and easy to lose the car if you don't get your bearings after you park. Please add row ID!”

“I LOVE this pharmacy. The people who work here are so kind, they are so patient, and they go out of their way to be helpful. I can always get a hold of someone with questions or to slip in last minute med orders- they answer immediately (I have NEVER had such quick access to any pharmacy that I've called ever- I still hear the hold music of other pharmacies in my nightmares). I am so grateful that the company I work for utilizes them. I never thought I'd be inspired on a Friday evening to write a review for a pharmacy, but that is how much I appreciate these people.”

“I have been going here for years, off and on. When I went in today, I asked about a particular pain medicine. The gentleman, on staff, took me right to them and helped me make the right selection. I discovered that their prices, with a discount, helped me be able to pay for my medicine so switched back to them about 3 years ago from a place across the street. I'm a lot happier as I don't have to wait too long anymore and I'm treated with respect as a human being, not just a number like what happened at my previous pharmacy.My discount is always added before I even pick up my prescription. And I appreciate how I was guided on how to use the payment machine with no judgement whatsoever.I like how they message me to remind me to have my prescriptions filled. That is 3 to 4 days ahead of when I'll need it so I don't run out. Then, when it's ready, they message me again to to let me know I can pick it up. They make sure it is my prescription by asking me a few defining questions, such as my birthdate. I like that extra bit of security.I have had some times where my full prescription wasn't available. They still made sure I had 10 pills to get me through until my medicine was in stock. One time, they made a mistake of only giving me 20 pills. They took care of that by filling my remaining 10 immediately.I have gotten everything from winter socks to movies there. If I've had to wait a bit, there is a lot to peruse. They have great prices and excellent sales.The staff are always friendly and efficient.When I was a patient, I could always go right downstairs to pick up my medicine so it is also convenient.I'm not going anywhere else from now on. Why would I when I get everything I need from this excellent pharmacy.”

“This is my go to pharmacy and always have a pleasant encounter with the pharmacy and at checkouts. This morning went in for my Shingles shot, the pharmacist was very friendly and reassuring; I hate shots and always tense up. It was very quick and I was in and out in a few minutes.”
“This is by far the best pharmacy that I have ever used. They are always kind, always have my medication ready on time, and there are never long lines. I’ll never go back to Walgreens or CVS after finding these wonderful people.”
“Had incredibly kind and compassionate workers help me out. Spent the night going from pharmacy to pharmacy finding out they couldn’t honor my vaccine appointment and decided to walk in and see if Cub could help. Ended up being well after the walk in time they had and, after explaining my day, they were more than happy to fit me in for a quick booster. They were cordial, kind, and flexible and didn’t have to do any of what they did but went above and beyond to help.”
“This store has improved much in the last year(s). Customer service still very slow sometimes. Forgot my card once and took 20+min to get a temp card. 25+ year Sam's club member. Used to have business account, which Sam's no longer offers. Big negative. Still have CostCo business account. Like tire dept. Have bought tires at Sam's for many vehicles, for many years. Tire dept is my primary reason for keeping a membership.”
“I have been going to the Walmart Pharmacy in Shakopee since we moved out here 5 years ago and have been very pleased. I am not impressed with the store overall, but the pharmacy staff and service are outstanding. I usually never have to wait, if anyone is in line, another cashier comes to assist. The checkout process is quick and easy. If I have questions, they are always willing to assist or get the pharmacist to answer if needed. I especially like the refill service. I am signed up for text messages, and everything is handled through texts including letting you know when you are due for a refill. They also let you know when your prescription is ready. The only issue I have is that I am on a prescription that auto renewal is not an option and I need to talk to the pharmacy to request a renewal and have the hardest time getting through to a person. Hitting "0" doesn't work.”
“This was better than I could have expected. I have anxiety when I go to doctors offices and everyone there put me at ease. I highly recommend seeing Dr Harmon if you have any kind of sleep issues. I would recommend the sleep Center to anyone who has sleep issues”

“I'm not sure why this CVS has such a low rating. I always come here to pick up my wife & I's refill prescriptions.They have been nothing, but kind to me. I have no complaints. I'm always in and out of here in under 10-15 minutes. Although a lot of things seem to be misplaced throughout the store, it's to be expected considering that it is a convenience store after all. My wife and I get our annual flu shots here every time because the employees here have been great. Thank you.”

“We got our sons birthday cake from the Hy-Vee bakery and loved it! I did the cake topper decor but they did a wonderful job with the frosting. My only complaint was the box they put the cake in. It was too small and it was tapped and not sturdy. I wish they would have an assortment of cake box sizes to fit different cakes.”
“Cub, please bring back the URBANIZE herbs grown in Edina. The national brand you switched to is of much lower quality. You forced me to buy basil at Hy-Vee, and their aisles are organized by a committee of chimps that can't grasp the principle of putting like items together (see photo).”
