“Robin is nothing short of amazing. If there were an Olympic event for going above and beyond in pharmacy care, she’d take home the gold every time. She has helped me navigate medication questions, prescription issues, and all the confusing “wait, what does this mean?” moments with patience, clarity, and a genuinely caring attitude. Robin somehow manages to be incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly kind — never rushed, never dismissive, and always ready with a solution (or at least a reassuring plan). She turns what can be a stressful experience into one that feels manageable and even pleasant. Honestly, dealing with prescriptions would be way more chaotic without her. Robin is a true gem and an absolute gift to the pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy gets a really bad wrap BUT the people who work here are only humans and they are being pulled in many directions, trying to help us navigate stupid insurance and clinic policies (not to mention government laws). People are SO quick to say negative things when they have absolutely no idea what the person in front of them is going through. I had to transfer over TWO dozen medications (from 3 different clinics and 5 different doctors) for my family because our insurance changed. And I had no prior warning. No. Fun. For anyone!

But every time I've had to speak to someone in person, each person has gone above and beyond to help make these processes quick if not informative.

There is ONE person in particular that has stood out through this 2 week process. Pharm Tech ERICA has been nothing but wonderful through the chaos and stress around her. She takes the time to talk to me like I'm a person, not just a prescription number. In the moment, she makes me feel like the only person needing help - she allows me to feel seen, heard, and important. And that's a rare thing these days.

Despite the bad reviews of Lakeville Hy-Vee Pharmacy, I'm personally very appreciative for all the hard work these people are doing.

“Store shelves were not stocked well. Several items could not be found. Went back to the pharmacy and asked for some assistance in locating a medical item. Female pharmacy tech was rude and told us that she had no knowledge what would be on the store shelves. Told us to check with store staff. She seemed uninterested and not concerned with helping us out. Upon checking out the Female clerk personally found the medical items we were looking for previously. Very helpful and professional clerk.”

“I just googled the pharmacy hours and was surprised by the low review and felt obligated to provide a balanced insight. This pharmacy does a job great job having my medications filled in a timely manner. The texts reminders are helpful and my alert for when Rx’s ready for pickup is always accurate. The staff is also very friendly considering how busy they appear (non-stop phone calls and lengthy lines at expected peak hours). I prefer drive thru pharmacy and come here because of the staff. They’ve consulted me on questions I’ve had about prescriptions and items in the store, and I’m genuinely disappointed by such a low review. I have no friends or family affiliated with Walgreens or this location. If you look for problems you’ll always find them, and perhaps those individuals are most eager to leave review.”

“I honestly really appreciate the people working at the pharmacy and they absolutely deserve 5 stars.I've been on the same medication for years now and have had to try quite a few different Walgreens. This one is hands down my favorite.Whenever I have issues with my insurance (happens far to frequently. Honestly drives me NUTS) the people here always help me get it sorted and quickly. Most other places I have to call back 3 different times, to check in, see if it's done or let them know it's done and the refill can be made (which is understandable. They get busy, I get that)But I don't have to do that here, at all. They do as they say they will and get it done. Even when they're busy, they get it done quickly and most importantly, they're just really nice about it. Even when they are busy, they take the extra time to ensure your taken care of. It's odd to say but I love this Walgreens.”
