“Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.”
“This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”
“We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. Even our carrier Eileen helped us in getting our mail and parcels. Thank you Shakopee Post Office for helping these newbies learn your ways ?.”

“Just like any service that is run by people it has its up and downs. Overall the people at the post office have been very helpful when I go in or if I have a problem.”
“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”

“I've gone to this post office (and had my mail delivered by it) for the last 10 years, and while it can be a little slow sometimes, I've never had bad service. The employees have been polite and helpful. My only negative is long lines in December (which is to be expected). I'm just grateful we still have a federal post office service that is cheaper than the for-profit services. Thank you post office staff who make everything happen in front and behind the scenes!”
