She never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for different styles and sizes. She helped me describe the areas of discomfort and educated me on why I was feeling that with certain shoes and how to correct it. She was helping multiple customers at once, but I never felt abandoned or forgotten even if I was a needier customer. 10 out of 10 experience. The process was super easy and the guys are more than fair as long as you aren't asking crazy prices which would obviously get turned down.
