“Sam's Club has always gone the extra mile for me. I had a problem today with the Customer Service Department, which is not located in the Hermantown store. Although I spent 40 minutes on the phone speaking with 4 different people and was hung up on twice, the Supervisor called me back and helped to resolve my concern. This really meant a lot to me. Thank you, Sam's Club. I appreciate the fact your managers can acknowledge when something goes wrong and do what you can to make it right.”

Another convenience is prescriptions at Walgreens are in the company computer system of Walgreens and the precautions can be picked up in hundreds of locations around the world . . Good Services provided as well as help .”
“It's great having such a nice store downtown. Living at The Harbours, we can walk to Snyder's through the SkyWalk without going outside in the winter. They have some groceries and basic supplies as well as MoneyGram services (both electronic and paper). I'd give them three thumbs up... if I had another hand... still working on that...”

“I was visiting Duluth when I blew out my knee. I called and asked if they carried crutches. They had them at the register when I limped in. They got them out of the packaging and adjusted them for me, even put the pads on for me. The whole staff were friendly and so kind!”

“Decent variety, but even the common drinks don't seem to have their popular variations. Example-the only thing I like to drink is twisted tea half & half(tea/lemonade) but I don't like the plain tea flavor and that's the only type they sell. I'm sure they have most of what people want but I think it's just all the basics”
